Excellent customer service. This is the third time I’ve purchased from Imelda’s Shoes online since discovering them. The first time my parcel was stuck in the Hermes delivery cycle and hadn’t moved on the tracking info for several days. When I emailed Imelda’s shoes regarding this it was dealt with promptly and efficiently and the shoes arrived a few days later. My latest pair arrived very quickly despite me not putting the delivery address on the online order (not sure how I managed that!!) but a phone call from Imelds’s to check if it was the same as the billing address quickly rectified this and they were despatched that day. Thank you.
