Absolutely disgraceful treatment , sold me shearling sandals and when I got home they were different colours ( the fur ) one white one cream cost £130 . As I bought on holiday they basically said no refund or exchange ( on faulty goods ) I had to issue court proceedings then they paid after 4 months of letters and correspondence. Customer service abysmal. Even phone me pretending to be their accountant , very bizarre .

Perfect just hope it comes in time for chistmas

I have had a couple of issues here already but most recently I ordered online moneys taken, waiting to arrive, someone emails to tell me shoes are in wrong box so they aren’t the correct size, very good of them to refund so quickly but just disappointing as I needed them for an event. My family have also reported them having problems with their inventory not sure if it’s a supplier problem or theirs but they resolved soon enough and I ordered cheaper might I add from elsewhere.

Was sold a pair of shoes one of which was clearly ex display, received days before wedding. Manager on annual leave and no help offered. Have had to have shoes cleaned. Shoe cleaning was £39.99 and still a bit grubby. This was their last pair Manager started with 10% off then moved to 20% then 30% which was £10 short of the cleaning bill. I asked for the cleaning bill to be covered which I believe is fair (considering they still aren’t perfect) and this was refused. She said I could send them back unworn and receive a full refund. They would have been getting them back in 10x better condition than I received them and I would have been shoe-less for wedding. Avoid this business.

The thing that I loved was when you purchased an item on the Internet you didn't have to make an account, you could just buy without having to set up an account which is rare these days. Also the shipping is free which is great. Also they keep you informed on your order which is great.

This shop literally saved me-I had been sent completely the wrong shoes by a huge outlet and they were supposed to be a birthday present,I contacted Imeldas Shoes,they had them in stock,and they were with me within 2 days! Great customer service and swift dispatch.
