Thank you for my order which arrived a couple of days ago. I know it’s a long way from the USA to Australia but I found it frustrating that it took almost a month for my order to arrive.
When I ordered I was under the impression I ordered from an Australian outlet because it was shown in Australian dollars. I ordered two of the pill cutters. I was a bit surprised when before my eyes it changed to US dollars, and other dollars and then it ended almost double cost when it converted to US dollars plus shipping.
I’m not complaining but it it needs to be made clearer BEFORE you put in the order and the money shows, as I ended up paying a lot more than I thought I would be.
Giving this as constructive feedback.
I got two pill cutters and one was for my sister’s birthday, which was 19/6, but she will love it!

The item is ok
The item is ok.
It took almost a month from the order to delivery with me having to send a couple of emails to check on where my parcel was before it arrived.
I do not want to have to download an app that requires payment for the once only item.

Not perfect…
First off was charged additional funds aside from what was shown on website
The camera covers do not slide easily and block the lens unless extra pressure is applied. The kick stand doesn’t operate smoothly. The case is nice looking but has some issues
