I cannot recommend IM Gold highly enough. All of the team are knowledgeable, approachable and professional, but with a warmth and personal touch to make the whole experience a very positive one. When I wanted to sell a small part of my jewellery collection, they explained the process clearly, and made their offer (I was surprised how good it was) - even individually pricing a piece I was just hesitating on parting with. They did not pressurise in any way and when I made up my mind to exclude that piece everything went through quickly. I later went back and sold the other piece and the experience was just as good.
