Great experience overall, all the heavy lifting was on their shoulders, assisted in all steps of the application process, which eventually resulted in obtaining the residence permit in Spain.

in April 2023, I entered into an agreement with Imigrata; unfortunately, the application of our visa took a very long time due to constant interruptions in accepting documents, and the entire process of obtaining a D visa took more than a year. I have learned about IMIGRATA from an ad on Youtube. They were among several candidates that I was considering. After a few consultations, I decided to proceed with my immigration using their services.

The primary obstacle in my case was the requirement to obtain a long-term Schengen visa. (I am a Russian citizen unwilling to visit Russia, which is a complex case). Unfortunately, they (or, more precisely, their partners) ultimately proved unable to help in this regard. Therefore, after an unsuccessful attempt, I was forced to proceed on my own, using other means.

However, once the long-anticipated visa had been granted, everything went swift and smoothly. Under their guidance, we have gathered all the documents and applied for a residence permit in Valencia, Spain. Now, in less then a month since my arrival in Spain, the application has already been approved. (Which is miraculously quick, according to other people's experience). The guys helped me obtain a visa and then a residence permit in Portugal. They were maximally client-oriented and flexible in determining the services I needed. It seems the company has many local contractors, so I didn't bother myself with how exactly the process unfolds step by step; the main thing is that I got a positive result. There were a couple of unexpected moves by the unpredictable Portuguese bureaucratic machine, which the guys resolved quite quickly and efficiently. As far as I understand, in my case, the process went relatively fast: the step between key points of the path — applying for a visa, receiving a visa, registration with immigration, waiting for the residence card — took roughly 2 months for each stage.
