I requested a $1,000.00 withdrawal from…

I requested a $1,000.00 withdrawal from Immerion.com over 4 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my money.

Customer support gave vague answers about a “provider check” and promised it would be resolved within 14+ days (occasionally it may take longer they say) – that time has long passed. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and now they don't respond at all. Can't even press the support button on the website anymore.

I have full documentation and have submitted an official complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board for (immerion - license: 0GL/2024/758/0228).

It’s very clear I’m not the only one – many others are reporting the same issue in the past months and even more recently.

⚠️ Be careful – this casino delays or refuses withdrawals and hides behind excuses. Until they pay, I strongly recommend avoiding Immerion at all costs.

The games are fun/costumer service is a copy/paste system

The games are fun, and sometimes you feel good from the joy of winning back some of the money you’ve put into the entertainment you’re paying for. But costumer services is a paste/copy system. No information at all. Definitely makes the casino look bad. Because this is pretty much the fairest casino I’ve played at beside the wait time and no way to let the customers know an eta through out the 48 hours. I’ve checked three times through out the day to see how far in the process I am and only got a paste/copy reply. If they reply with a paste/copy message to this. Id be disappointed and must say be carful playing if your expect any customer services to assist and give you updates on how long its takes to get return/crypto that only took 30 mins to get into their account. I hope this helps before playing here and get nothing from customers services besides “is there anything else I can help you with?” Reply. Must say it is still and honest site, just needs better customer service.

(20mins later) i had someone finally explain, Their knowledge of the wait process for withdrawals. But I said it should still be something mentioned before depositing money. Bitzstars.com has at least a eta of how long it going to take before you can withdrawal. So definitely something the casino can work on.

Every other casinos would give atleast 7days time to claim your cashback. When asked chat support to credit it back, for 7days so far they are copy pasting that their concern department is working on it.

Beware

Beware of this casino, just read the other reviews, the same happend to me, i deposited totally 400 in on day and made a withdrawl of 900 the same day. They canceld my withdrawl and told me that i had two wait about 14 days to get my session checked by the provider, something like that never happend to me before in like 10yrs of gambling. It is a tactic of the casino to delay the withdrawl process in hope that the player will gamble his winning away, very shady casino.

I won $1200

I won $1200, but the casino has refused to pay out my winnings. I've spent weeks speaking with their live support, and although they repeatedly told me they would "expedite the process," nothing has happened. They never gave me a clear reason why my withdrawal option was locked. It has now been over 40 days without any resolution. I strongly advise others to stay away from this site.

Delayed Pay Out

Over the last few months, I made numerous deposits totaling more than $20,000. I don’t use bonus codes because it causes many issues when cashing out. I had been wanting to close the account because I was not winning anything. Their customer support convinced me to keep the account open and that maybe my luck would change. Finally, I won over $8,000.00 using no bonus codes. The site is stalling on my pay out. Live chat said the payment was in queue to be paid shortly. Next day, nothing. Here is a copy of the live chat conversation.

Usually withdrawals are fast, in some cases they can be delayed. As a rule, withdrawal takes 24-48 hours, but in some cases it may take longer.
I can confirm that your withdrawal request has been taken into the processing queue. We expect it to be done shortly.

I clarified what shortly meant and was told within hours.

I have sent four emails to customer support and VIP services. None of those have received a response.

My original withdrawal was requested on 4/22/25. An error occurred on their part and the funds were deposited back to my account. I used some of the winnings to win additional money. I then requested a payout, one less than $900 and the second of $7,200.00. Today is the 3rd day and no payout or response to my concerns. They advertise all these big wins on telegram and I wonder if they are real or fake. If real, did any of these people get their winnings?

When a withdrawal takes this long, from a casino that claims to have fast payouts, there must be financial issues preventing the payout from processing. If not, why are they stalling on the payout? By now they should have learned, based on the way I play, most if not all the winnings would have been redeposited.

At the time of the withdrawal request, LTC was priced at $83.95. Today LTC is priced at $86.46. It continues to go up daily. This increase causes the amount of the payout to be much more. Maybe this is why they are stalling. One thing to add, I had two previous withdrawals paid out instantly. Both were under $1,000.00.

My conclusion is this casino might not be financially sound.

I just learned today, April 27th, that my withdrawal has been cancelled and returned to my account. They did the same to me as to others that win and request a payout. Here is their response.

Your gaming session has been forwarded to the provider for checking. During this process, all withdrawal requests will be temporarily paused. Please be aware that the review typically takes up to 14 days, although it may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

My response to them is: They will be judged by their maker someday. People who are evil, will never find happiness or fulfillment in life.

Remember, when playing on a gaming site that does not have a license, you have no rights to claim any of your money. This casino has a sister casino called YBETs. They too have no license. Both will lie and say they do.

When you win an amount that is 10x your…

When you win an amount that is 10x your deposit (This was less than 500 EUR, even if you complete your wagering, they will revert your withdrawal and put a withdrawal block and their excuse is they need to check with the provider.

Go to another casino not operated by this business.
Shady Casino, they will delay payments to you.

Scam site, doesnt let u withdraw

I saw a streamer play on this site, and decided to test it on my own.
I actually won some good money, i tried to withdraw it. And now they have held back my withdrawal for over 2 months.
This is the worst scam site i have ever seen.
Im not deleting this review until i get my money.
We are talking about $900, what casino cant payout $900??? This is such a joke to me.

Like many users , they refuse to process my withdrawal claiming they need to check gameplay with provider. While i can agree they do it if they suspect something. it sohuld be a quick process like most casinos. It seems a scam. The positive reviews are probably not real players. Try to avoid!

Really bad customer Service

Really bad customer Service , i asked customer support via the chat to close my account due to a gambling problem, and they told me to sent an e-mail. I did sent an email to support although they didn't close my accounts which resulted in me playing again. When I contacted support they told me they didn't received my email. Although I had proof that it was sent. So due to their mistake they should give me a refund of the money I deposited after the first closure request.

Well, you then get completely ignored , no responses via the e-mail, the chat telles me to wait paitiantly while I don't even know if the " correct department" is actually doing something with my request.

This also takes now about a week!

withdrawal cancelled, no info for 2 months

I managed to wager a 50$ bonus (x60), but the casino cancelled my withdrawal request saying my account is "being reviewed". After 2! months of waiting, there is still no real feedback at all, only default responses from the live chat and via email.

Immerion fake MCC codes and don´t care about Gambling addiction

I deposited money on Immerion despite having self-excluded and blocked my cards from gambling transactions due to addiction. Instead of respecting responsible gaming policies and banking restrictions, Immerion manipulated MCC (Merchant Category Codes) to disguise transactions, allowing me to continue playing.

This is a violation of responsible gaming principles and financial transparency. Immerion is exploiting vulnerable players by misleading banks and payment processors to bypass restrictions that should protect customers.

To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer support by email to file a complaint, and they don´t give an answer. Since I didn't get a response, I contacted them via chat and the last time they told me that they were going to remove the possibility of contacting via chat from my account and that's what they have done, since I can't access support via chat.

This shows a total lack of accountability and care for their players.

If a casino needs to deceive the banking system to take customers’ money, can it really be trusted?
I recomment avoid this operator.
I will report this fraudulent practice to financial authorities and Visa/Mastercard for investigation.

Scammed and banned

Made 2 deposits via ethereum, did not receive the funds. Contacted supported and was credited 2 days later manually. Asked for the bonuses to be applied as per my deposited and was told there was no deposit history and the bonuses can't be applied. Was then banned from chat support and can no longer contact live support. Ybets is the same casino, avoid both at all costs.

DEPOSIT BUT NO WITHDRAW


I had a disappointing experience with Immerion casino, While they are more than happy to take deposits and offer enticing bonuses, withdrawing winnings is another story. Worst Casino I have ever played

I have a verified Immerion account. I had deposit and cashout as well last year. 1 week ago I got a 10$ tip from another Immerion user. Tip is equaly as a deposit and requires 3x wager. I did 5x wager on the 10$ tip and I tried to cashout 32$. They declined it and removed my balance completely. I asked the support and they told me I did not fulfilled the 80x wager requirement. What are they talking about??? 80x wager for deposit??? They promised me to send my case to the management and I will receive an e-mail as soon as they solved it. I still have not received any answer. I really advise you to not deposit to Immerion casino because you can be scammed on the same way.
