Approaching Immigration Trust for my student visa case is the best decision that I took. Over a month ago, due to oversight, I lost my students visa and my education got halted abruptly . Before approaching Simon I contacted other private immigration adviser. My call was picked up by the receptionist and I explained her my situation , I was told that my information was passed on to their immigration lawyer and they will contact me back in a couple of hours but I never received any reply from them till date.

Time efficient: There were a number of documents i submitted to simon through their online portal and he managed to submit my student visa application to the Immigration in just 1 and a half day time. I received updates from him sometimes at night at around 9pm regarding my case update.

Simon and Ivy are a fantastic team, they are well coordinated and extremely knowledgeable. My case was a toughie, however, Simon planned and prepared us well with all the documentation needed for my ESWV application. There were times when I wondered why are we doing this and Simon explained the reasoning behind it, which was of great help and made sense. I am permanent citizen for 9 years, I had a previous wife who was under my visa, we had a case and got separated.

A years later I met my new wife and we had a child. We applied for a partnership visa for my wife but unfortunately it was declined due to my past case.
