Having hunted around for lights for my home I was excited to find such an excellent range available.

Sent me a damaged light fitting. A replacement fitting was sent straight away. The company dealt with the issue correctly and promptly. I would recommend.

Ordered two aurora gu bulbs, arrived very quickly however one was broken on arrival. Phoned to notify them, they were very quick to send out replacement free of charge, no quibbles. Would recommend and will use again.

I ordered some downlights the wholesaler had in stock but Impact did not. Impact offered good prices inc delivery. I ordered online late Wed evening and got invoice by email on Thurs. I rang Impact on Mon to expedite delivery and they said they had goods in and would despatch that day for delivery Tues, for which I would get emailed delivery note. None of this happened, so I rang again on Tues at 3:45pm. They said they were just packing my order and the courier left at 4pm. I asked the gentleman to go and ensure the delivery left Tues. It did - I received goods on Wed - but the courier was not the one they said, so I suspect they sent it specially because I was hassling them. Goods were correct on delivery.

Lights were wrongly advertised and 2 weeks for delivery not even a sorry. Also go under the name BEW lighting. Avoid if you don't want hassle

We ordered 5 lights from Impact Lighting as they were excellent value for money and the company offered free returns. The three Astro Olan lights and shades look great (combining traditional with contemporary); the two Astro Amalfi lights look good also. We were very pleased with the service, though it took a second try by the courier to deliver the items, and unfortunatey one of the Amalfi lights (ceramic) was broken in the box. The staff were responsive and worked swiftly to get a replacement sent - which has since arrived in tact.

Ordered Monday came Wednesday very good

Ordered a wall light, days latter still no confirmation of delivery date, then contacted them and asked when would i receive my item, they said they had none in stock but had eventually found a way of getting one for me, on the day i called them i oredered the same item again ( as i discovered i needed 2) and told them this And said i will receive this also. I received the item and no sign of the other, i called again appologiesed and said they will send this also. Overall i coukd see i would not have received my items had i not contacted them twice. Overall lacking but when pushed received item no problem .

Said it all Have no more to add. Nine ten eleven twelve getting bored.
