There was an issue with one item that was on extended delivery, which I decided to cancel. The item was credited immediately and the balance arrived promptly.

Excellent, my beautiful bathroom chandelier arrived in perfect condition and looks fantastic. Great value for money.

delivery was fast, unfortunately the light was faulty in a few places but service was brilliant and getting a new one was super quick and easy!

My light cost 70 pounds and the quality was very poor and really bad instructions.

Good experience with Impact Lighting, there was a slight delay with my order but as soon as I called they investigated and gave me an estimated delivery date. Michael Rees was very helpful, said would happily refund if I didn't want to wait. The lights came earlier than expected. Haven't put them up yet but look good quality.

Good looking light, easy to fit, neat unit for small spaces but gives plenty of light. We don't have a utility room only a utility cupboard and this does the business.

Had delivery and it was just what i asked for.
However also received another parcel in error at same time. After reporting the issue friendly staff organised a collection rapidly.
Would highly recommend for customer service and quality of product.

We ordered our product very close to Christmas and unfortunately we didn't receive it before Christmas. I did follow up on the delivery date after the Christmas holiday and the Customer service was excellent. We didn't wait long until we received our light.

From pricing through customer communication to delivery I found Impact excellent in all areas

Easy to fit only slight negative is the glass retaining wire is right next to one of the two screws used to secure the light fitting and gets in the way.

Asked me to review my order but I've not had my order still waiting over 2 weeks now

Ordered on Christmas Day. Admittedly it was ordered during the holidays but even this far into the New Year (8th Jan) i would've expected an update on delivery times.
I requested an update only to be told they were expecting it in stock that day and will be shipped on the 9th Jan.
Two questions....Why did i have to chase up the order after 2 weeks when you say you ship in 3 days? Especially as you state that if anything will take longer you'd keep the buyer informed.
Also. Why are you selling products you don't even stock, without stating on the product page that there will be a delay in delivery due to this?
