The three 4' yews I bought looked even better on arrival than they did in their pictures. They were snugly supported on a pallet which enabled me to leave their planting until after snow and icy weather had gone. I ordered a grass, which I couldn't ID on arrival as I'd lost the invoice; I phoned the orderline and they were able to search the records and let me know what it was! So good all round, really.

First time customer, impressed with speed of delivery,quality of plants and really good packing so they arrived in perfect condition.

Plants - seem ok - hopefully they will settle in and thrive !!
Only slight problem I was not emailed with delivery day - Parcelforce just arrived !!!!

The plants delivered were not satisfactory but Impact dealt with our complaint well and refunded us the cost.

Great little plants with lots of buds for the spring and outstanding customer service

My plants were absolutely fine but, despite being appropriately labelled the box was delivered on its side with both plants spilled and one pot broken. This may have been because the bottom of the box was saturated with water and unable to hold its contents. Fortunately there was no lasting damage to the plants.

The plants were delivered on time as requested.
Not so sure if the plants will live as they were quite brown on arrival. The landscaper has done everything he could to make it grow - just got to see how it goes going forwards

Plants in good condition and delivered on time

The grasses that I ordered were in excellent condition when they arrived and I found the prices very reasonable.

I have always been a little nervous purchasing plants over the internet, this was the first time. They arrived within 48 hrs and I was pleasantly surprised the boxus plants were fantastic, in first class condition and much better than I had seen in my local garden centre. I will be using them again for future plant purchases, highly recommended.
