Excellent service.

Plant arrived healthy, well packed, and much larger than I expected. It has settled in well and seems to be growing away. The only thing I would have liked is an email saying when the plant had been dispatched, but that is a very minor point considering how excellent in terms of value for money this plant was. I’d rather be thrilled by the plant quality than have them spend more time on admin! So it really is a minor point.

Failed to confirm delivery. Did not respond when asked if I should expect the delivery on the planned date. 1 of 5 root ball trees was delivered separated from its root ball. Have not responded (in a week) to complaint about that.

Unfortunately, things got rather worse since then: not one of the 5 trees has survived: produced little green leaves which shrivelled and turned brown. This despite being in a line with other hawthorn saplings from last year which are doing fine, all with drip line irrigation. So £250 for 5 twigs!

Placed order but almost a week later before I was advised that it would take almost a month in total took place and deliver order. Cancel the order as a result and was assured that it would not arrive on the expected day but it did and had to be returned and had to call again to ensure a refund was forthcoming.
Error was confirmed to be on their part and always result in the end

Good products, but had a poor experience with the delivery service. If couriers behave like they don’t care, which happened with two couriers in this instance, then it reflects very badly on the company whose products they are delivering.

Delivered within a week of the order.

The two plants that I ordered were inadequately packed with the result that they were found to have been thrown around in transit.
One of the two plants had several dead shoots clearly browned.

All good. No problems.

Due to being physically disabled I asked for communication as to when I could expect delivery, so I could have some help to move them out of the sun. They did not bother with that at all just delivered and now stuck in the box in full sun for the next few days because of their REFUSAL to communicate in any way. Delivery can be anywhere between 3 days and 2 weeks.

Lovely plants, came well packaged. Customer service great - polite and helpful.

Delivery and plant quality was excellent, however the Potting of the plants was awful, I had to keep the Plants in the boxes so the customer couldn’t see them

Great plants all packaged well, clearly labelled Live Plants, Fragile..... unfortunately the courier did not express the same view as plants had been tossed around prior to delivery damaging two of them... Contacted impact plants who were super helpful and resent two replacement plants straight away, no quibbles which arrived in mint condition.... would definitely buy from these guys again and looking forward to planting out the shrubs.
