Great plant supplier.
Good customer services, ordering was simple and delivery was earlier than expected. Important part- plants were little dry from journey, had good solid roots in the pots and have perked up since being planted. Good healthy plants

Good plants, easy to contact.
Despite some glitches in their system which messed up my order, they were easy to contact, courteous and put the matter right quickly. The plants that arrived, Bare Root Cherry Laurel hedging, were very healthy with a strong root system and new growth just starting to appear. We followed their instructions for planting and have every confidence that they will grow well, time will tell. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Great experience with impact plants would recommend to everybody. The only thing that I can fault is not impact plants but parcel force who gave me a time of arrival but never turn up items were delivered next day. But can't fault Impact plants them self who were very understanding so would definitely use them again . David

Living Panels
Service and delivery have been excellent I have had 24 living panels and so fare apart from two of the most recent ones I had which look a bit bedraggled but I am hoping that they will pick up and look as amazing as the other 22.
All in all from ordering to delivery the service has been excellent
