What a fabulous company to deal with. I ordered a sample 1st which came super quick. Then I placed my order. I missed something off the order. 9:00am Italia called to confirm. Order dispatched the same day. I requested to send back a brush, again the customer service was exceptional. The paint effect is stunning. Highly recommended.

I’d like to start by what an amazing experience. From the very start of entering the Impera Italia showroom shop and then being welcomed by Dimitri was so professional easy.This guy knows stuff.He made the whole group feel at ease and his aura shines like a star.i found the course he teaches overwhelming and walk away very happy and confident to carry on in this field.
From start to finish, this is a must for anyone entering into the wonderful world of Venetian plastering.

I completed the two-day Venetian plaster course at Impera Italia and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. The whole experience was better than I expected, and a big part of that was down to our tutor, Dimitri. He was extremely professional, patient, and really knew how to break things down so everyone could follow along. You could see he enjoyed teaching and wanted us to get the techniques right.

What I liked the most was how straightforward and genuine the whole training was. They didn’t complicate anything. They gave us all the materials we needed right there on the spot, and even provided extra samples for us to take home so we could keep practising on our own. That meant a lot because it showed they actually care about our progress, not just getting us through the course.

I walked in curious and walked out with real confidence to start using Venetian plaster in my own work. The service, the teaching, and the overall atmosphere were excellent. I definitely recommend this course, especially if you’re taught by Dimitri.

recently attended the microcement training course at Imperia Italia and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The trainer explained everything with great passion and professionalism, going into detail for every single product and ensuring that all our questions were answered. His teaching style was clear, patient, and very practical, which made it easy to understand and apply the techniques.

The customer service team was also excellent – very knowledgeable, welcoming, and always ready to provide additional explanations when needed. You can really see that they are not only well-trained, but also genuinely passionate about what they do.

Overall, I highly recommend Imperia Italia to anyone who wants to gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills in microcement. It was an outstanding course and a truly positive experience.

I attended few courses there and i can say that i am quite happy with the outcome. The guy who is conducting the courses is explaining everything carefully and he is making sure everyone leaves with all questions being answered. However i am taking one star away because of the fact one of the admin girls lied to me about a discount i was meant to receive. She said i have been taking that discount for all my past purchases buying online when clearly that wasn’t the case. I double checked the facts with their colleague Sebastian and he made sure everything is corrected and added credit to my account! Good man!!

Completed a one-to-one stucco veneziano 1 day bespoke course yesterday.

Have already completed a 5-day beginners course at another company, but wanted to focus on one specific finish. Was recommended to Impera Italia by a fellow tradesman.

Oliwia (in sales) was friendly, professional and went out of her way to help and advise on the best course to suit my needs. They have set courses but also do bespoke courses too. She was also able to get me booked in for the following week, which was a real bonus.

When i arrived Dmitrij (course teacher) took the time to find out a little about what I wanted to achieve from the course and go through what we would be learning.
He was knowledgeable and patient and took me through everything step by step. (I was also provided with lunch at a local Italian restaurant which was delicious😊). I now feel confident to take on projects for clients which I wasn't before.

On completion of the course I received my certificate and a goody bag with colour charts and sample products which was a nice touch.

The whole experience from beginning to end felt very professional with exceptional customer service and aftercare. I really felt their passion for what they do and desire to help those wanting to learn.

They also sell every tool and product you could possibly want to complete any project.

I hope the details in this review help others make an informed decision and highly recommend Imperia Italia to anyone from hobbyists to those serious about learning the skills to apply these amazing products and finishes.

Absolutely fantastic. The paint is gorgeous, easy to apply and the effect is beautiful. The amount of compliments I’ve had is incredible. I have used the Gimcyn luxury diamond bundle with 2 lots of glitter in which is in my living room. I have just received my second order of Gimcyn Luxury bundle in Petalite, which is being used in my hall, stairs and landing. I’m looking forward to the end result. Thank you 🙏🏽

Such an amazing course !! We learnt even more than I expected. Good atmosphere , I would recomend to everyone who wanna learn venetian plaster.... Robert is amazing guy , full of knowledge and experience with great attidute to people. Very good teacher and just a very nice man !! I'm gonna come again for other courses.

Venetian plastering course for beginners was an amazing experience for me, still excited to follow up the techniques we learned at the course. I never did any plastering before, and I was very lucky with this course and our instructor Dmitriy who was patiently was showing how properly use tools, how correctly to apply, and stretch and burnish, how to be very attentive to the little details, so basically so many things, so much patience with me especially 😀 so I’m very grateful for that to Dmitriy. It was fun and pleasure to practice with you for 3 days !

Пришла на курс с нулевыми знаниями и через 3 дня уже штукатурила как по маслу 😀 но особенно очень понравилось отзывчивость и терпение нашего тренера Дмитрия, сколько раз он подходил и показывал и помогал и подсказывал, так что очень благодарна ему за его профессионализм и настояния. I had a microcement course with Dmitry. Really enjoyed it — he was very patient, no-nonsense, knowledgeable, super helpful and ensured we all understood what to do. I really appreciated the sample materials everyone got at the end of the day and a free lunch in a nice cafe.

I’ve Just completed a three day Venetian plastering course.
It was fantastic, well structured techniques taught in a very easy to understand manner.
These courses are ideal for beginners aswell as professional. I couldn’t recommend this enough.
I went into this brand new to Venetian but I have been a plasterer for the last 17 years. Vast and valuable skills learnt over the last 3 days.
The trainer (Dmitrij) is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. And more than happy to answer any question on all aspects of Venetian application.
All in the office were very welcoming and polite. And offered there help anyway they could.
I am returning within the next couple of weeks for my next course in marble plaster.
