Well organised, well executed travel service.
They kept us informed before start of the travel by WhatsApp and continued to remain in touch.
Picked us from the airport and all transfers were well organised and seamless. We have never experienced such a seamless travel. Staff were very helpful, polite, respectful and informative.

A bittersweet experience. I took the Magical Sicily tour from 17.9-4.10.25. I made sure the agent I booked with passed on info that I am vegan. It was also on my booking documents. This information did not seem to be passed on and every set meal lunch and dinner was an exhausting negotiation of what I could and couldn't eat. Options were extremely limited. Also, several of the hotels were not 4 star as described, either. The only positive was our brilliant guide, Mariela, whose impressive factual knowledge of all the sights and sites made the trip interesting as she brought the history of the island to life. I learnt a lot.
Sicily is indeed magical - a very beautiful island to visit - but I felt very let down by Imperatore.

The price fixed dinners were disappointing because we were only given one choice for each course.A choice of one of two first course and one of 2 main course plus a vegetarian option would have been preferred.
A clearer description of daily activities including length of day, time on the bus, difficulty level would have been appreciated. Mariella our guide and Ludovico our driver were outstanding. The included dinners were below expectations. Breakfast at most hotels was good. Would have liked to have had fabulous Sicilian food as part of the package.

We did a beautiful tour of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Our tour host and guide, Alessia, has been courteous, available, well prepared, always interacting with us with a smile. We appreciated her being always sweet with and attentive to our young kids. Vincenzo drove the bus like a wizard through small and busy roads, always on time and safe. Stefania, our guide at Naples, Capri, and Caserta, gave us very interesting and entertaining information, always presented in beautiful Italian. I definitely recommend the experience.

Staff very professional, efficient and courteous. We booked thru Jetline Holidays but the whole vacation was managed by Imperatore Travel from the timely pick up at arrival in Naples Airport to destination of Ischia, all the tours were executed in a timely matter and it was very well organized.
