Excellent customer service
We had a great experience with Imperfect Pointes recently (and in fact always do each time we shop with them) Not only are their products genuinely great quality and sustainable, their customer service is excellent. Helen went out of her way to make sure that my son’s special order was received in time, and kept me updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. We are always so pleased with the items we buy, and especially that they have a lovely colourful range of men’s dance wear - something that’s hard to find elsewhere. Thank you Imperfect Pointes!

Great products and service
I love Imperfect Pointes! The leotard I bought from them is really high quality and comfortable, the colour is gorgeous and it washes really well. Shipping on my pre-order and my regular tights order was really easy, the regular order shipped very fast. When I did have a question, Helen answered really fast. Overall great experience and I can't wait to get another leotard!

Always a great experience with this fantastically sustainable British company - pioneering, refreshingly honest and the dancewear itself is beautiful. My daughter would not wear any other tights now she has found these - the deep waistband feels heavenly and they last so much longer than others (and at the end of their life will not go into landfill). Great job IP 💚

These tights are so comfortable & look great on! The sizing is worked out by height & weight so the fit is perfect. I had heard this would be the case but the great communication & rapid delivery was a valued bonus - LOVE THEM. The Royal Ballet wear them & they must be experts right?

I love Imperfect Pointes because...…
For me my experiences with Imperfect Pointes have always been positive because, firstly the products are all sustainable, great quality and very wearable. The designs and fabrics of the leotards are exceptionally good quality and long lasting and I just love the colour schemes. Customer service is absolutely first class and delivery is always prompt. Products are always wrapped in recyclable material and personalised with a comment from Helen on the included Imperfect Pointes postcard. I would highly recommend buying dancewear and tights from Imperfect Pointes. I love seeing what the next product to be added to their catalogue is and also the colour schemes and leotard designs. Imperfect Pointes is definitely one to watch both from the product point of view and also the ideals behind the label.

Great garments and customer service!
This small business has an excellent customer service, and the received garments are soft, well-made, and look great, all while being sustainable. Also, the packaging is really cute, and the tights come with instructions to maximise their life span.
I am definitely returning to this shop!
