Order incomplete and no response from CS
I ordered 3 samples and was only sent two in a small envelope which no way could have fit a third so they just neglected to include the other one full stop. I contacted them several times via their email with no response since my order arrived. Now I’m out £5 they also have their customer service number as a fake number of 18005551234 on their website

Over two weeks, still not delivered

I ordered a sample of sunset hour by goldfield and banks as I even have a bottle of it myself.The sample smelt different,projected much less and didnt last as long.I strongly believe I have been sent a fake and I would never recommend this company.

I ordered a Kayali vanilla candy sample
I ordered a Kayali vanilla candy sample costing £7.99 which never turned up. Sent 2 messages via email chasing my sample and got no response. Very poor service. Had to complain to PayPal who then refunded me.

Payed for a sample I never received.
I bought a few samples from this site, I didn’t receive one of them I had payed for in my order. I contacted them to enquire in hopes that it was a simple mistake and that I’d then receive my sample that I payed for however it’s been a month or so and I’ve had no word nor received the missing sample. Don’t bother with this site, just go elsewhere to purchase samples, save your time and money.

Believe the negative reviews! They tamper with their fragrance samples I ordered strong perfumes and they came smelling like watery alcohol I could barely smell the perfume. Never use this sample company.

Hi, this is completely untrue. Our reviews are not about tampering with products it’s due to our email server being down and us being unable to respond which has equalled in customers thinking we are ignoring them. However we do not tamper with any fragrance at all!
Did you reach out to us for us to look into the matter for you? I can see you ordered off us 5 times. If we was scammers and sending watered down items why the first 4 orders you was happy with but the 5th order believe we are scammers?
