You get what you see
Was looking for a sample of Phlurs Missing Person without having to fork out £96 for a bottle. I got a 1 ml sample from her for £5 and it was delivered quickly. Would definitely order other samples from here to try

Vials leaked, unfortunately
I liked the packaging, but the vials leaked and the names of the fragrances rubbed off. I can make out two of the 4 scents ordered.

Sent incorrect fragrance
My order arrived and a red flag was it had the wrong colour. I enquired and was told it was just a batch difference. I was a little suspicious that maybe it was one of the "inspired by" fragrances rather than the original. So I sprayed to check anyway and it was definitely wrong. I got in touch and was asked to return it, which I did at my own cost.
I then had no response from the company after 2 emails over the period of a week, so I did a paypal dispute which the company promptly accepted and refunded me.
So they did refund me and quickly after I started the dispute but wrong fragrance, extra cost for sending it back and I had to chase them plus eventually paypal dispute. Not ideal. I suppose if you use them, use paypal so you can be protected.

Sorry to hear you’re not happy with our services however the reason why it took us a 5 working days to refund is because we process refunds once a week by the refunds department.
Also in regards to the wrong fragrance it was the correct fragrance. The reason why the liquid wasn’t as blue as it is in the large bottle (the more liquid the darker the colour) in a smaller atomiser the shade would be lighter than within the bottle.
The fragrance smelt as it should as we compared once it arrived however we still accept the return and refunded within 5 working days of receiving back your return refunded you so not sure what else we could have done to make our service better.
You asked to send back an items we accepted immediately we refunded you. As a small business that’s the best we can currently do we don’t have thousands of staff members it’s a small team. To leave us a negative is a little unfair.

In response to your reply it was a small late night order that I forgot about. Only when I decided to purchase further samples did I realise the originals had not been received.
It’s only £20 so no issue. However for good customer service/relations you had other options.

If you had contacted us sooner we would have 100% refunded or replaced your order.
But any company contacting them months later would be in the same position as postal services would no longer cover us or yourself.

I made an order and paid for the next day delivery, order was delayed by 1 day by Royal Mail but that isn't the fault of Imperial Fragrances. When I contacted support late on a Friday evening, they were quick to respond and dealt with the delay effectively. Thank you so much guys, I didn't expect a response on a Friday evening.
I ordered 3 2ML vials for a short trip away and they arrived in a cute package very well packed. Very chuffed with this purchase and great value for money!
