I came to buy a a small bracelet for my nieces birth! I was a little worries they wouldn’t be able to make it on time, but they came through! And the product came exactly like promised.

I can honestly say I was abit anxious at first but they were extremely professional. I came to sell a timepiece and honestly the hospitality and the deal went very well!

Advertised a price for a jewellers bench with free delivery, proceeded to basket only to be charged delivery, called the company they said the product was accidentally the wrong price and I couldn’t actually buy it at that amount, they finally agreed to sell it for £15 more than advertised. They then sent an invoice stating free Royal Mail next day delivery, 3 days later when it hadn’t arrived, I called and they said as they had sold it to me “cheap” they changed the delivery to DPD. I wouldn’t recommend this company and I won’t be buying from the again.

I have just had my 2nd dealing with the guys at Imperial Time and I cannot praise them enough! Such a friendly team & the customer care and service is 12/10! They just rushed and stayed late for me to pick up my sentimental piece they had customised for me & turned it around on 2 days notice! I look forward to dealing with them again in future, i wont go anywhere else. Thanks again guys!

Excellent service, very good product knowledge and very helpful! Their commitment to deliver exceptional customer service is second to none. Due to payment delays (bank checks on my side) I was running late for a call and had to take it in their showroom, they were very accommodating and helped me with a scratch pad and a pen. I am very happy with my purchase and 5*s to Imperial time UK!

The location is good being in Hatton Garden. The customer service was terrible and needs improvement.

I purchased a watch from these guys not so long ago. The watch was sold as new which I paid extra for but was however just polished and I was ripped off.

Very rude staff I do not recommend these guys at all!
