I returned a chain that was never worn…

I returned a chain that was never worn for a refund because it did not match a bracelet. They emailed me that they received it with scratches and sent me a picture of who knows what other chain they had.
They offered to give me a credit to get something else from them. It’s been about a month and now they’re just not answering my request so I would definitely not buy anything from them that you think you might have to return because they lie about your item just so that they keep the item and not refund your money. This is the way they do business.

Stole from me

Received a Cuban gold chain, took out of plastic, tried on, didn't like it. Put it back in box and package arrived in and contacted company to process return. After they received return they sent me a pic with what they labeled as a scratch and denied the return. Said I could use the $150 to get something else.
Now they won't answer my communications. They won't refund me, they won't send me back what I already paid for and they won't tell me how to get a replacement. So essentially they've stolen from me. Buyer beware. I was prepared to give a good review on their refund process and support, now I'm just out money with nothing to show for it. If it's too good to be true, I know. Hoping this message saves others from being stolen from.

I couldn’t be more impressed with my Imperium chain. From the moment I put it on, it’s been a constant source of compliments throughout the day. received a Christmas piece from this jewelry brand, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had some issues with the sizing, but the company was incredibly diligent and helped me make the necessary adjustments quickly and efficiently. Their communication was very fast, and they made the process seamless.

The prices were extremely fair, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future. I highly recommend them 100%.

Order a bracelet and a male necklace. I ordered it on December 17. I didn’t get it until 29 December. I tried to return the necklace and they said that it was past the 15 day return but I didn’t get it until the 29th when I got in touch with their chat line after the back-and-forth text. The final decision was they couldn’t do anything because I was passed the 15 day return

8mm 20in Cluster. 15.5in neck

Light dances all over this cluster chain......, it does NOT roll around the next as you move. Also put on the 10mm 22in Iced Cuban to compare the shine. My neck is 15.5 inches, 5'8, 205 lbs semi athletic build.

I would NOT get any real chains or necklaces…

I would NOT get any chains or necklaces here. They are dainty and break easily within the first week of buying a gold chain here it had snapped without being handled roughly or tugged at or anything. It was for my husband for Christmas. His first outing with it on and it just fell off. It is overpriced jewelry that breaks off easily. Rip off. They don't respond to emails when you are reaching out to them about the broken product. They told me that all solid gold is sold as is and final. They didn't offer to fix or nothing. If you are looking to purchase real gold please do not shop with Imperium. I spent $389 on a necklace and it was so tiny and broke without a warning. Gave 1 star because it arrived fast but please BEWARE!!!!

I ordered 4 pieces of jewelry for my wedding. My order date was 12/28. Their website boast fast shipping 2-3 days. My delivery date has changed twice and I won’t receive anything until the 1/12. Won’t be here in time for my wedding. Pretty disappointing.

Refusal to Refund

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tried to exchange a chain & was sent an incorrect replacement FOUR times! After funally asking for a refund, the customer service department went silent & never responded. I finally gave up. Ultimately, I feel this company is a scam!

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the quality of their jewelry. The piece broke within 24 hours of wearing it, which is completely unacceptable. When I contacted customer service to return it, I was told I could not because it was over 15 days from the purchase date—despite the fact that this was a holiday gift, meaning it obviously would not be worn immediately.

Instead of standing behind their product, the only option I was given was a replacement that would not be covered under warranty, which makes no sense considering the original item was clearly defective. Poor quality, inflexible policies, and unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, especially for gifts.

An awesome deal for the quality of chains offered. I had a hard time deciding which chain to get. I finally got a Miami Cuban Chain from Imperium and I can say I just made the right choice. Completely happy. Great company I would recommend them.

I received a broken chain (which is a…

I received a broken chain (which is a Christmas gift. I opened the package as soon as it was delivered to wrap it ) they are insisting it left in perfect condition. This means from them placing this order in a box and packaging it until it got to my doorstep it broke which is a quality issue. I asked for a refund but they have a no refund policy (as refunds are not an option for items in poor condition, no exceptions. This is their words even though it was sent broken) my only option is to except a replacement chain without a warranty which will not be here in time for Christmas. Terrible customer service! Scam
