Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I still do not have my order that I put a rush on May 15. I ordered these in plenty of time to have them before the conference started. I had to buy plain lanyards at Office Depot due to imprints stupidity.

Great product, but arrived late.

My order didn't ship until AFTER the expected delivery date. I paid a hefty price to have the order expedited, and in fact, went with Imprint over other companies based on their quoted shipping timeframe. At the end of the day, the signs were beautiful, but do be weary of their estimated shipping timeframes.

Great quality, great price point

We ordered full color lawn signs Both the quality and price point were excellent. The signs survived a week of rain without any sign of wear. Would recommend and order again from Imprint. Why 4 star and not 5? The order was slightly delayed from original delivery estimate.

Order arrived very fast. And also customer service was great. I called them with a question after placing order and they looked over the order and found I had the wrong address on there.

MISPRINT.?

WELL, WELL, WELL.

It SEEMS as if IMPRINT has a MISPRINT.

ON HIS DAD HATS,
IT STATES THAT YOU CAN BUY ONE HAT FOR 99 CENTS.

All the quantities above that seem to have their correct price.

Hmmm I think I'll just buy one hat a hundred times! 😃

It's okay, really

I just have to put aside that the estimated delivery date is a fiction. As long as I have no time pressure for your product it works fine.

They made mistake & claimed we were at fault

We ordered two different signs, they sent two of the same one and claimed it was our fault and wouldn't correct their mistake. We paid extra money for transaction to be done in US and our customer service was all out of the country. Will not do business with again!
