Great Customer Service

The order was put into production very quickly after I placed it, and the items moved through production faster than expected. They were shipped out just a couple of days after the order was placed, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, UPS lost the package, so I did not receive the items by the date I needed them. This was not Imprint’s fault, and once I contacted them to ask why the shipping status had not changed, they confirmed the issue and helped resolve it. Imprint remade the order and shipped it out quickly, which I appreciated.

Overall, the production turnaround and support from Imprint were great. The only downside was the shipping issue with UPS, but Imprint handled the situation well once it was brought to their attention.

Frustrating awful company

First, they screwed up the graphics in a weird way. (the back graphic was small on the neck...A graphic placement I have never seen on any shirt in my life.)

Then they literally wanted me to approve the "sale"... SEPARATELY from approving the graphics (?!?!?!) This wasted more days of my rush order.

Then, the price had increased over the quote AND the delivery time changed because of all the delays above. Pure incompetence.

A horrible confusing experience.

Avoid Imprint.Com at All Costs!

First, they didn’t even ship the signs until days after the date for which I ordered the signs. Then I caught them in repeated lies about the shipping process and when they finally agreed to issue a full refund, the RMA they gave to me to give to FedEx expired before I even received the package. Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Avoid them at all costs!

Most of the logos are not straight

Most of the logos are not straight. They are at an angle. They came shipped in a box that was ripped and they were falling out out. I’m sure a bunch have fallen out and have been lost. Should have been put in plastic inside of the box

There should never be an estimated date…

There should never be an estimated date for standard shipping if yall arnt going to make it in a timely manner. I needed something for an even and ordered within an appropriate window and then was told it may take 14 weeks!!?? When my estimated date was 5-7 business days, which would have been fine!

Ruined my event delayed my order 2…

Ruined my event delayed my order 2 times after offshore support told me it was going to be delivered on time and then progressively delayed it till it missed my event after I paid for rush… worst printing company will never order from them again

Pens & Fans

The wristbands and fans looked great, but very disappointed to see the design start to peel off on the fan. The overall ordering process was easy and the production and delivery time exceeded expectations.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. They sent the items to the wrong address and when it was returned to them, they didn't even notify me. When I realized it, I called and paid another $40 to get it there 4 days later. They guaranteed it would arrive and it STILL DID NOT. I have to throw all of them away because they didn't get there for the event. Customer service was rude and awful.

Super fast - Ordered on Monday and my order was delivered on Thursday (paid for rush delivery but have been burned before, not this time!) Great communication - Each step of the process was communicated via email from ordering to printing to shipping to delivery. Product looks great and was easy to customize my design.
