Had these guys organise and carry out boiler replacement and home insulation under the EC04 scheme and they were absolutely brilliant from first contact and survey through to the installation always kept me fully informed about where we were up to (thanks Jess)and let me know when the installers were going to call me .both the insulation team and the boiler team were fantastic. I rarely do reviews but felt that these guys were so professional and easy to deal with that I had to leave this review.👌👌👌.

From the minute we were in contact everything about this company gave confidence. Danielle organised everything and took time to listen to me.

At first I was very sceptical about getting a boiler, loft insulation and cavity wall all free of charge qualifying under the Green tariff.
However, at every stage Improve Easy have been excellent! Jess on the phone booked in all of the appointments and everybody arrived promptly as planned.
The contractors that fitted the cavity wall insulation and the loft insulation arrived on time and were fantastic, carrying out all of the work very neatly and were all lovely guys.
We had the logic boiler put in with new thermostats. The engineer was friendly and worked tirelessly to get everything in, carrying out an exceptional job.
Thank you, Improve Easy, Brilliant from start to finish!!

From the outset, i had full information from the team re appt times, paperwork etc. Danielle booked apts, she contacted at every touch point. Luke checked in to see if each part of the work had been completed and to check if i was happy. Each of the engineers/fitters were pleasent, tidy and showed me how to use everything..Boiler installed is so easy to use and the fitter was brilliant.

From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly took great pride in their work.
The installation was completed efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy, and the panels look absolutely amazing on the roof.

Another update: October 27th
Had a water leak after using the boiler and resetting the pressure valve - someone got in touch straight away and soon after that the engineer got in touch and we went through a discussion/series of questions about where the water was coming from - looks like a radiator leak. This is not included in their work so Hopefully’Homeserve’ will be able to sort this for me.
I’veUpdated Saturday 4th October:
I have updated the review stars once again Joe, the engineer, returned at 9am this Saturday, reframing the bath, fixing and tiling it and even replaced the bath and sink taps which were unrelated but just needed doing. He took several hours making sure this was right and showed care and attention to detail, and I appreciate him coming out on a Saturday morning to do this. Thank goodness for trust pilot reviews though as apparently they unfairly blamed him and I’m not sure what would have been done by Improveasy, had I not ‘kicked up a fuss’.
Carly from the customer experience team has also been very good in emailing details assuring me that I was being listened to and what to expect at each stage.

I have updated stars as the customer experience team have been in touch and the Installer came out and checked the bath, saying that the wooden framework had rotted under the bath and the bath came away from wall and tiles were cracked at same time and it was unrelated to any installation work done. I will update after Saturday. He told me that the gas cylinder is not normally removed from the chimney when the back boiler is removed and that this is a separate job.

The photos I sent to a lady (whose name I’ve been asked to remove) (and then presumably forwarded to the remedial section of Improveasy) were sent back to me by a man (whose name I’ve been asked to remove) saying this is how the bath already was!
He attempted to convince me into backing down and saying that it was already like this
After qualifying for eco 4 scheme, I eventually got an install date (after chasing them up about paperwork etc and quite a few delays ) and’Ideal Logic boiler’ with ‘secure smart controls’ was installed in one day rather than the suggested two. The boilers been fine, there was no fault on the boiler or install, just apparently there was an issue due to air pressure, but Ideal Heating still had to reset this and put another circuit board in anyway and so I had to take an unpaid day off work to be in for this.
I got the chimney swept after the back boiler was removed and the chimney sweep said they’ve left a gas cylinder tube in when they should have removed this when the removed the back boiler, so now there’s the additional cost of getting someone to remove this first before the chimney can be safely used again but Improveasy have explained that this is a separate job and they don’t remove these which I suppose is fair enough 🤷♀️
I’m thankful that Jo replaced taps on my kitchen sink and on my bath but he also said he tried to replace the other taps on bayhroom sink and Ivansee where he’s tried - because there was water leaking from the base of the tap now. It’s like he moved the tap forward or back and it’s just flowing out of the bottom now without the sealant

I was told i was eligible for a new boiler through the Eco4 scheme. I hadnt heard of it but im really glad I went through with it.
Friendly customer service staff and the guys who installed my new boiler and radiator valves were very efficient and professional. Booked in on Friday and job completed on Monday.
This is a godsend with money being tight at the moment.

We have recently decided to invest in a heat pump and received 3 quotes. We chose the company called Improveasy who have been most professional, courteous and extremely thorough throughout. On the first day of starting work, two electricians came to sort out the electrical work required for the day and two technicians also came (Andy and Chris) who were all very accomodating as we we were still in our home. The workmanship has been expertly finished including the heat pump, cylinder and all equipment appertaining to the pump. Besides they were having to fit six new radiators and pipework necessary which has been finished to a very high standard. The installation is now finished and before Andy and Chris left our home was as it was before they came. If anyone is contemplating having a heat pump we would definitely suggest contacting Improveasy. Our first contact was with Nigel so he came and explained what it was all about and when we decided to invest it was another Andy who arranged for all the finer details.

We had a young man from Improveasy knock our door, shortly after moving into our new home, telling us he could see from the outside that we had a very old boiler - and we may qualify for the ECO4 scheme. Initially thought it was a scam - so quickly googled the comoany as you do haha. We invited him in to learn more, didn't think that would be possible as my husband is self employed. But I am disabled with multiple health conditions, and he said we'd perhaps qualify that route. Within a couple of days, we were approved for the scheme, and a surveyor came out. We qualified for cavity wall insulation, extractors in the kitchen and bathroom, a brand new combi boiler, smart stat, and radiator valves. Loft insulation wasn't necessary (but we had qualified if it wasn't efficient). Danielle from Improveasy organised the work to be done over 3 days so I wasn't overwhelmed. The cavity wall was done 1st, I can't remember the names, but lovely people. Same again for 3xtractors the following day. Day 3 was the boiler - Steven Stokes and Noah (Ste's lad lol) were ace. They worked so bloody hard in ridiculous heat to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They used dust sheets to protect my floors and furniture, took care over my property and also mindful of my needs. They were knowledgeable, friendly and kept me informed throughout all of the work. Steve noticed there was an issue with my actual gas supply, and helped organised my supplier to come and rectify the same day! They worked late without stopping, and came back today to finish up - not wanting to overwhelm me with noise and paperwork late into the night (though they would happily have worked until it was finished!). They are an asset to the company and I throughly recommend Improveasy (particularly Steve and Noah). So glad I checked it wasn't a scam and went ahead! If you decide to go ahead and end up with these guys as your installers, you've struck gold. Lovely people! Thanks guys!

I qualified for the ECO scheme and, from the first assessors who peeped into my boiler cupboard and said, “Yep, that’s twenty years old,” to the folks who kept me up to date with progress over the phone and the quick and efficient installers, it was clear that everyone not only had my best interest at heart but wanted to reassure me of that fact.
