Sufficiently easy to use even for one who doesn't know the ins and outs of MX records; solved a problem that GoDaddy suddenly created for me, and solved a problem at Google For My Domain that I'd long been using an awkward workaround for.

Everything was easy to do
Everything was easy to do. The only glitch I experienced was with the instruction to add a TXT entry for SPF support. There was already a SPF entry there, and things didn't seem to start working until I removed the original, leaving the one I added.

Successfully replaced GoDaddy aliases
Successfully replaced GoDaddy aliases. Able to received and send from multiple aliases through Gmail account with multiple GoDaddy-based domains. Had to modify instructions for MX, TXT, and CNAME records a little to get things to work, but very happy now.

Fast responses, good experience
Pretty fast response when I have experienced problems, everything went smooth. The MX service is really great even in free tier, the only downside is soft-bounce for some emails.

Our system's strength is that we automatically retry delivery from multiple IPs over an extended period, giving your emails the best chance of reaching their destination.
