Not really sure their server is as secure as they claimed because I noticed some IPs from public hosting easily distinguishable from their own infrastructure.
Meanwhile they kill off the free plan I'm using by limiting only 1 domain per account, then kept advertising their "secret" plan to me ($6 per month for basically what I got for free before).
I understand they have to make money but do you realize their MX servers get really good reputation being pointed to by so many domains?
That is very shady practice and I do not appreciate it.

In regard to your concern about the IP addresses, our infrastructure does include use of reputable public Cloud providers like AWS which adhere to stringent security protocols, making them reliable and secure.
You raised a concern regarding the changes made to our free plan. It is indeed true that back in 2020, we revised our free plan to include a limit of one domain per account. However, we ensured that existing users with more than one domain linked to their account at that time could continue using the service without any disruptions; the restriction was applied only to the addition of new domains.
We made this adjustment with a heavy heart, driven by the necessity to maintain the quality and sustainability of our services. We deeply regret if this change did not align with your expectations, and we understand the value that our free plan brought to many of our users. Our foremost goal has always been to foster a trustworthy and reliable service, a reputation that has been built with the trust and support from users like you.
