Very happy with Tom who came to carry out our heat pump service. Charlotte in the office helped with making the booking easy and provided excellent communication. Will use again for our next annual service.

Did what we needed quickly

Following some earlier work, we decided to have various parts on our underfloor central heating system replaced as they were likely to be wearing out. Inafix provided a very reasonable quote for the work to be one and, once accepted, were able to arrange a convenient date almost straight away. Tom arrived on time and completed the work in a thoroughly professional manner, taking the trouble to balance the various manifolds so that we had equal levels of heating across all floors.

Task was to replace kitchen sink mixer tap. Tradesperson (Thomas) arrived on time and was smartly dressed. He worked continuously and diligently throughout and installed the tap quickly and without fuss. He gave me the benefit of the doubt regarding time taken, which made the overall cost (including VAT) very reasonable.

The team at Inafix recently came out to diagnose a problem we have had with our Air Source Heat Pump.
The completed the job in good time.
The women in the office were very professional and polite.
Highly recommend.

Adam came out today to fix our air source heat pump which had been installed incorrectly by another company. What a lovely young man who knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He stayed until the job was finished in the cold and rain. Jill

Inafix work for us across our cheese business and holiday cottages. They always are professional, responsive and helpful. Dain, Dan and all the team are great.

Adam, Rob and Dan were excellent throughout our Air-to Air Dalkin and Mixergy tank install process. It took a week as we had the old boiler taken out plus 7 radiators and additional consumer unit to wire it all up. Very knowledgeable about the kit and Megan at HQ has been great at keeping us informed about progress with questions we have had since install so I have no hesitation in recommending Inafix.

Dan was super friendly and professional. He didn't do any guess work and spoke to my husband on the phone to make sure the pipes were in the correct place so that he complete the job properly! He also managed to go into my babies room whilst he was asleep to check the radiator. Absolute stealth mode! Would definitely use Inafix again. Thanks

We had Inafix install an ASHP which replaced our gas boiler. Adam and Dane showed up Monday morning at the allotted time. They agreed a plan with me for the week. Each evening Dane left the site clean and tidy, he outlined the plan for the next day and agreed a time to arrive. I cannot fault the workmanship or the professionalism about which they approached the install. Dane is an extremely talented pipe-smith. On the last day Rob came to commission the system, unsurprisingly given all the hard work done previously, it was relatively pain free.

I would happily recommend Inafix and if you are fortunate enough to have Adam, Dane and Rob on-site keep the kettle hot!

Excellent service from receptionist who made booking easy and very helpful, to the chaps that came out to service our boiler.
We were so impressed by their knowledge that we have booked them for an annual boiler service for our Air source heat pump.

Adam and Rob make a brilliant team, I would thoroughly recommend Inafix for any project, small or large.

They are collaborative, sensitive and understanding to their surroundings, always looking for the best method and execution, and often go beyond the call of duty.

Our particular project is a complex refit of an old property, with multiple replacement scenarios combined with a phased changeover of technologies and their knowledge and advice is excellent.

Adam, Rob and the team at Inafix have carried out extensive works for us over several months, which initially began with the installation of our air source heat pump alongside our underfloor heating system . In addition to this they replaced radiators throughout the house, and came to our rescue on emergency call outs in the evening when we needed help with old leaking pipe work.
They carried out all the plumbing work to our new kitchen and utility and fitted a saniflo toilet and basin along with a water softening system.
They are a really friendly professional company that go the extra mile and we were so impressed with their workmanship that we then asked them to help renovate a rental property where they installed a new shower and heating system.
They have extensive knowledge of air source heat pumps and we would thoroughly recommend them .
