Awful experience, no assistance!
A really poor experience. Cannot contact the service desk, they send you back through multiple stages and no responses or resolutions. Been waiting 2 weeks to hear back from someone for my payment that i have earned. No contact number, care or support.

Scam!
I completed Monopoly go offer through them, waited a few days after completing level 127, offer was to 126, it tracked 1 day of earn to play and 1st purchase and nothing else and support have refused payment despite providing them with proof and screenshot. Absolute scam and useless support! Avoid these scammers, reddit is full of similar stories to mine.
Update 1st December - Inboxpounds have now suspended my account with no warning just a couple of days after £52 was credited to my account and I had a further £10 ready to claim. They have done this repeatedly to others just after their accounts have been credited! Absolute scammer company just out to rip people off!
Edit 4th December- great reply from inboxpounds to contact them through my activity ledger on the account they deactivated- absolute joke of a company! Will be seeking legal advice over this as I'm fairly sure they are committing fraud!

Paid quickly and a good selection of…
Paid quickly and a good selection of pay to play games. Surveys are hit and miss though. I get disqualified for more than 80% of them but only after spending 10 minutes answering questions

Interesting variety of surveys.
Been with this site on and off for a few years now and they send a variety of surveys to keep me occupied. I hope to continue with them as they are usually interesting and fun to take part in.

Unable to access surveys
I’ve been with inbox for many years but recently it has stopped me being able to access the surveys yet I still have rewards Unclaimed. Why is this?

Screening out of surveys
I seem to be screened out of almost all the surveys I try to take, which is disheartening.

Rubbish rewards
Was quite happy with this platform. Suddenly they went from paying 100% of rewards. Now you only get £5 of £6.50 worth of surveys completed. Find other platforms to use. Rubbish. They responded with a comment asking what went wrong. They obviously did not read my comments about only getting £5 when you need to complete £6.50 worth of surveys. Previously it was £ for £.

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?
I've been doing surveys , searches ( now disappeared) for at least 5 years and now have to earn £13.00 instead of £10.00 to be able to claim a £10 voucher. As a result it took several weeks to earn enough for a £10 voucher. Then on claiming it, my account was for some reason suspended. I contacted them and after several days I received an e-mail requesting proof of my existence. I explained I was a disabled pensioner who was not that tech savvy and could not action their request. I felt their reply didn't take in to account how I've been loyal to them for so long. So I have a suspended account I can't unlock and have lost a £10.00 Tesco Voucher. And it seems, nobody cares. If I'd been more tech savvy all might have returned to normal. Once of a day I'd have given a 5 star review but today it's just the one star and that's only because I couldn't give no stars. End of rant!

Had a good experience overall
Had a good experience overall, but it takes a really long time to complete enough tasks to earn £15 which is the minimum amount you can withdraw. You would encounter so many screen outs.
For me, it took me about 3 months to get this amount as I started taking surveys on the platform since June 2025. On Friday 29 Aug I initiated the withdrawal request and still waiting for the funds because I'm informed it would take 3 days to process. If you are patient enough like me to earn, it's a good platform, although I wish something can be done about the numerous screen outs.
