Literally the worst site. They credit you for about 1/4 of the stuff you actually do so don't waste your time.

It's a great app to earn a little money in your back pocket .

Completed levels on a game as per the offer. Provided photographical proof of this, InboxPounds came back acknowledging my progress and confirming they will pay me the money owed. INSTEAD they deactivated my account without reason or warning..... I found out when I couldn't log in randomly... Of course when I tried to log in, it says contact customer service via a link - which says raise your query once you've logged in.

The changes at Inboxpound are almost at the point of scammy. If you have £5, £10 etc in your account you should be free to withdraw it and not have to pay £1.25 xtra for the privilage. They get your views and knowledge give you a reward, they get paid for producing the research and get interest on the monies they hold for all their survey folk and so are skimming profit from both ends of the process. If its costing them too much to process all the £5 rewards then go back to £10 rewards but give us the £10!!
Also contacting Inboxpounds has become impossible. They need a better help desk 0/5 for customer services.

I have been on inboxpounds for some time now and it was great. Now I have done £94 worth of surveys, it would seem I need to do another £44 to receive £100 because they're taking fees out for themselves. I'm not happy about it at all. I hope they're honest with me and pay me that money as I could do with it at the moment.

the survey and the gift voucher are great but heving to make 65 pound to get 50 is abit rotten
The 33% surcharge on a "free" paypal card or other gift card) is astonishing and unwarranted profiteering.
You now have to have £6.50 in your account to receive £5.00, the £1.50 is kept by company.
Never been informed of this happening.
Beware the higher the amount you want to redeem the higher the charge.
Just tried to redeem earnings for a £30 Amazon voucher to be told it is £39. Rip off !!
