Conclusion: they just collect data about people and then do not be surprised that you receive spam messages from who knows who. When I asked why I was denied an account, I did not receive an intelligible satisfactory answer. Do not waste your time trying to open an account with them. You will lose time and nerves. Not a serious platform

And also if u have any case like i do, i recommend contact “Intergiro” their payment provider to get their attention that their project who’s hosting payments etc is not willing to go by their own “Terms and conditions” and also their AML is made my them which they do not follow also, so guys consider leaving that bank if u had some problems report to authorities.

These absolute ****-heads talk about having a service that people can use to send money to each other and after i sent my first transaction. My account got frozen and it has not been unlocked now for 5 whole days.
The chat tells me their finance department are not done with something?
This is AFTER they told me that my account review was absolutely fine and will be unlocked in 50 hours, something which never happened. I honestly think the chat team and the finance team are sitting in a 15 square basement next to each other on windows 98 drinking from the same cans.
No number to call either, post this review on your site instead of your fake ones written by yourself.
Had not received top-up in account
I had topped up my account through instant bank transfer on Saturday with €500 and had not received it, while it should have been in my account immediately, which was quite frustrating.
Have gotten a response the next business day that it was caused by a bug in the system and Clara arranged for the funds to be deposited into my account within a few minutes. I am glad that they have helped me in resolving the issue quickly.

I made a transfer to my partner to carry out some work in our house and provide for our child.
It's been several weeks since the bank called INCHARGE-CARD blocked the bank account and the funds and refuses to return my funds to the issuing account despite my bank's request.
I would like everyone who has an account blocked with their funds to write to me with their contacts so that together we can take this case to court and ask for this bank to be closed.
I can't understand this abuse of power and I refuse to be silenced while our money is in their pockets.
This attitude of arbitrarily blocking accounts has to stop, because for an account to be blocked, they ask for a CV to check the person's skin colour, and I say no to racial discrimination.
I urge you to close your account with this bank.

J'ai émis diffèrent le virement à ma compagne pour réaliser certains travaux dans notre maison et subvenir au soin de notre enfant.
Cela fait plusieurs semaines que la banque nommée INCHARGE-CARD a bloqué le compte bancaire ainsi que les fonds et refuses de retourner mes fonds sur comptes émetteurs malgré la demande de ma banque.
Je voudrais que tous ceux qui ont un compte bloqué avec leurs fonds puissent m'écrire leurs contacts pour qu'ensemble nous portions cette affaire devant le tribunal et demander la fermeture de cette banque.
Car je ne conçois pas cet abus de pouvoir et je refuse que nous soyons terrés dans le silence pendant que nos fonds sont dans leurs poches.
Faudrait que cette attitude de bloqué les comptes de manière arbitraires puisse s'arrêter, car pour un compte bloqué, l'on lui demande un CV pour vérifier sa couleur de peau, et ça, je dis non à la discrimination raciale.

Jag gjorde en överföring till min partner för att göra lite arbete på vårt hus och för att ta hand om vårt barn.
Det har gått flera veckor sedan banken som heter INCHARGE-CARD blockerade bankkontot och pengarna och vägrar att återföra mina pengar till de utgivande kontona trots min banks begäran.
Jag skulle vilja att alla som har ett konto blockerat med sina medel skriver till mig med sina kontakter så att vi tillsammans kan ta detta fall till domstol och begära att denna bank stängs.
Jag kan inte förstå detta maktmissbruk och jag vägrar att låta mig tystas medan våra pengar hamnar i deras fickor.

Fiz uma transferência para meu parceiro para fazer algumas obras em nossa casa e cuidar de nosso filho.
Já se passaram várias semanas desde que o banco chamado INCHARGE-CARD bloqueou a conta bancária e os fundos e se recusa a devolver meus fundos às contas emissoras, apesar da solicitação do meu banco.
Gostaria que todos os que têm uma conta com seus fundos bloqueados me escrevessem com seus contatos para que, juntos, possamos levar esse caso ao tribunal e pedir o fechamento desse banco.
Não consigo entender esse abuso de poder e me recuso a ser silenciado enquanto nosso dinheiro estiver nos bolsos deles.
Essa atitude de bloquear contas arbitrariamente tem de acabar, pois para que uma conta seja bloqueada, eles pedem um currículo para verificar a cor da pele da pessoa, e eu digo não à discriminação racial.
Peço que encerre sua conta nesse banco.
Estou aguardando suas informações para que eu possa concluir minha solicitação de encerramento desse banco.

Be aware of Incharge "service" scammers
Today i made a transfer to my mother and they suddenly blocked/freezed our funds sent to my family. I now must suddenly find a proof or explanation/clarification about how do i know my wife and my mother and why i have used my incharge card in Mozambique. They are insane. I will never again rely or trust this scam Incharge "service" and i do not recommend to others. If they refuse to return our money then we are forced to make a police report. This is not acceptable how they one day can steal your money. Be aware! Do not trust Incharge!

Horrible experience. My funds have been frozen for more than half a year and they have provided no real update on the process. I have shared all the documents I had with them.

Super convenient app. It is fast and transfers to other INCHARGE accounts are instant. Big plus point that they do not charge any FX or additional costs. I make all my online purchases with it. They have added Apple Pay as well, which makes very easy to use on a day to day basis, you can also use the physical card they send to you.

One year in Incharge
I have used Incharge since last year mainly to send money to friends, I also use it to pay with cards when I am abroad and the services have been good in Europe and when I travel to Southamerica. When I had a question regarding virtual cards the customer support that replied fast and I can see they are adding more services to offer. I like the style and the webpage.

You get everything you need completely free of charge.
Of couse it has proper regulations, they have asked me to provide proof of source of funds twice in 18 months, but this is something usual for me coming from swedish banks.
