Using Incharge for a long time

Using Incharge for a long time, have never experienced any issues, can load money on my account and I’m sending money to other banks, and it is ok, on time, I am also using cards and it works good.

Don't use your money here

Don't use your money here. I used my visa on this service the money got charged but the site claims they can't see the money in the system. I have contacted my bank and the money has been sent to them but they deny they have gotten them and won't help me the slightest. Stay away from these scammers

After I made deposit they have blocked…

After I made deposit they have blocked account and giving no deadlines for refund. Almost 1 year already past and they still do not know when they proceed with refund. I was forced to apply for a chargeback as well as go to a court and write a statements regarding stolen money. Do not ever use their services - they will block you forever and will not return your money even thoug they will say "we regret" but actually they do not care.

This bank is definitely good but…

This bank is definitely good, but unfortunately they blocked my account with my money in it, it's now 3 months and I still haven't heard anything from them. I hope I will get an answer as soon as possible and they will find solution regarding my money. I still believe in the bank its potential.

Big scam

Big scam. Fraud company.

Deposited 100€ and then they blocked my account. Waited over 2 weeks for the refund.

Sent them details and they are just giving delays and more stupid reasons for not transfering my money back.

They blocked account

They blocked my account and my wife's account. For more than a month, tech support has been unable to help. They reply once every two weeks. Money is frozen in the accounts. Be careful with this service. I do not advise!

Been with Incharge since launch.

Been with Incharge since launch.
If I would to rate the functionalities themselve - this would be a 4 star review, but I give an additional star for the amount of improvements done since start.
Additionally, the setup and maintenance is costless which I like.
The UI has been redone and is now simple but functional. Minimalistic and fast.
Incharge to incharge transfers are instant which is really great.
The physical card arrived quickly and had no issues with it.
The sole fact I dislike is that Instant topups are not available for my region (Poland) and need to utilize a card instead, which is not always that smooth.
But all in all it's a really good app with perspectives.

Easy, quick and free

The only things missing, which is also the reason for a 4-star review, are SEK account and a “My budget/my spendings” function.

Right direction

Hi!

I'm using InCharge for already almost a year. I can see how guys are evolving. They changed design and added couple features I actually use the most (Apple Pay).

It is worth to mention that they are pretty young and lack some functionality but it doesn't block me from the usage. I follow their social pages and see how they try to be eco business (helping Ukrainians last year and now they focus on students). Keep up!

Cool Neo bank

INCHARGE bank and all operations have not fee. This is good, that all can make without fee.

INCHARGE is bank, that can be daily used.

Only one card can be added for top up. I want save many cards for top up.

They blocked my account without any reason

I used the InCharge card for more than 6 months. Couple days ago I topped it up with my card (2 x 2EUR) and made two SEPA transfers (2 x 2EUR) to my account in another service, just to confirm my identity, this is normal practice.
In 12 hours my account was permanently blocked. The support refused to explain any reasons, gave just useless excuses. Yes, they refunded me my 4 EUR, THANKS (irony).

So please avoid this service, they can block your account any time without any reason and with no feedback.

I topped up my account with my card to…

I topped up my account with my card to make a purchase. Right after, my account was blocked on the pretext that my identity was rejected and I can no longer do anything. The support no longer responds in the chat and does not close the chat so that it can no longer relaunch. I do not recommend at all.
They are thieves. Give me my money back!
