I haven’t played here in a while but withdrawals used to take 4 days. Now I withdrew yesterday afternoon and funds on their way. Some decent wins too.
Customer service is great too. Resolved my issue straight away.

They changed the Territories overnigth, i did not now that netherlands was Restricted(because it wasnt) and today they closed my account with 700 pending withdrawal.
No answer from them

I processed a withdrawal of 200 euros on Dec 20th 2025 and till to date it shows "processing". I go to chat literally daily and I email their support daily and I get the same automated response that the team is reviewing and will update me to my email and thank yo u for my patience and they understand my frustration and so on...

I registered and confirmed via live chat that I was eligible for the bonus when it did not appear in the deposit section. I made my first deposit, but I never received the bonus, even though I had confirmed this beforehand. I would never have made even a single deposit at the casino if I had known this.

After that, I wagered my deposit once and requested a withdrawal. My withdrawal has been in “pending” status since December 9th, and customer support always gives the same response: “the relevant department is investigating the matter.”

I cannot recommend playing here to anyone. The customer service is ridiculously poor, and it is apparently very difficult to withdraw your money, even though the amount in question is as small as 220 euros.

Deposit 100 euro. Money taken of the bank. But didnt came in my casino account. They dont wanna help you in chat. Money gone. Dont deposit here guys!

I have a card freeze on gambling sites but this one allowed to deposit I phoned bank and was told its an illegal site and its licence is under a buy and sell site total scam company

I did enjoy this casino and have won once before and did manage a withdrawl (this did take around a day) but now I've been logged out and it won't let me log in with my email only my phone number and I have no access to this to receive a code to log in. I have money in there that I can now not even access. To say I'm fuming is an understatement.

I had won money and it’s stated paied however I then had an email to say I had used a 5.pound bet therefore my winnings are void and taken from my account witch terms and conditions dosent not state this .

Can't withdraw to uk bank in visa so cant play anymore all the same these non UK casinos takes your money and unless you get bitcoin you can't get your winnings

Awful casino, same as other reviews, they state 24 hours to withdraw and yet it doesn’t get processed. I’ve been stupid enough to lose £1000’s to this casino and now I’ve won back £4000 they will not pay out. In fact I have not managed one successful withdrawal with this casino. I will be reporting for adjudication and to the gambling commission.
