VIP account manager doesn’t respond, support no longer seem to be able to assign bonuses or good will gestures. Apparently I am a VIP player but after months of asking, then waiting for a response, continuing to deposit and play over 3000 euros on the site, I still do not qualify for some free spins. Support are always polite but repeated the same tired message I have heard before. There really is no point anymore as whatever you invest and whatever level you get to, you will just be ignored and palmed off with hollow responses.
