SCAM

This company is a joke. It took THREE MONTHS for a cardigan to ship when it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my little sister, and the delivery time on the item was listed as less than two weeks. I contacted customer service four times to inquire about when this item would be shipped and never received a response. When the cardigan did finally arrive, it looked nothing like the picture and was HORRIBLE quality, absolutely atrocious, barely holding on at the seams with polyester so shiny I was sweating just looking at it. Buttons weren’t even the right color and no pockets. Thank God my bank gave me my money back. This “brand” should be ashamed for shilling out Shein and Temu clothing for massive mark-ups. Disgusting business.

stole my money and ghosted me!

i didn’t even receive my stuff. it’s been sitting 3 hours away from me for weeks and after contacting In Control AND uniuni (which, horrible shipping company, they text you like a personal text asking to talk about your delivery which just sounds like a scam, so i ignored it, and for a $15 item??? why am i having to sign off on that? they said they didn’t get my information which is a problem with In Control for sure because i can see it is stored on Shop, where i ordered it through) and neither one of them ever got back to me. I’m out $15 plus shipping and while that’s not a ton of money, it’s still frustrating (and having any amount of money ripped off you is infuriating). Really disappointing and a literal waste of money.

SCAM!!!!!

Ordered the strawberry flares in a size up, wasn’t notified that they had been delivered. Tried them on and they don’t even fit my uk size 8 partner. Horrible material, no place to leave a review. Overall I believe it’s a scam!!!!!

very bad quality

very bad quality - I spent over $70 on two junky items that were shipped from China and took over 6 weeks to arrive. You are better off buying from ali express for a fraction of the cost.

Bad Quality

I ordered what seemed like a really cute skirt (their gummybear chain skirt) from them. They did ship it out in the time that they said however the quality was really close to being as bad as shein. There were loose threads everywhere and the zipper got snagged and broke off. I didn't even get to wear it once.

Stay away

Clothing is terrible in terms of quality, I placed a pre order that never came (I got a refund from PayPal 6 months after since they never shipped it) no costumer service, horrible quality and so on, not worth the prices plus customs for anyone outside the us

There's better niche stores out there

I waited 3 months for 2 shirts, a collar and a skirt to come in. I tried multiple times to contact them and got nothing. Their customer support emails don't work. There os no phone number to call. Their DM system does not work either and it seems like none of their socials are operational. I tried to get a refund from them, as urged by ghostpotion, an artist who collaborated with them. I got no where and closed my bank account as the trust was no longer there. Fast forward a month (today) and I got my skirt and collar. However the skirt doesn't look like the picture on the website, the skirt isn't even on the website anymore. The skirt was supposed to be an XL and it didn't fit at all. I cannot get a refund because it was on clearance. I didn't trust the bad reviews from others because ive ordered several times before. But now I regret not taking them seriously. According to ghostpotion they're under new management but its not an excuse for not letting customers know what's going on with their orders and being absolutely non-responsive with customer service. Spend your money at more reliable places with better customer service and larger sizing. In control clothing is anything but in control.

If I could give negative stars I would they are a scam they take money and never deliver the product the excuse I got is it’s custom made I’ve had custom made stuff and believe me it doesn’t take over 2 months to make

They took my money, and then I never heard from them again.

I ordered from them on August 19th. Life happened and I ended up forgetting about my order until mid-October (because I wanted my stuff for Halloween). I emailed them to ask if my order was ever going to be sent, or if I could just get a refund. No response. I checked the status via my Shop app and saw that it only showed that my order had been placed, and hadn't been updated since. I was fortunately able to get a refund through PayPal, but still haven't heard back from ICC. At this point I assume they're shady AF, and will be warning everyone I can away from them.

Don't recommend

Similar to what others are saying, the shipping time is not what they promise and their old customer service email doesn't work anymore, and the only way I found out their new email address was by messaging them on instagram. I placed an order in August, now it's October and I still haven't got it despite them saying shipping takes 6-13 business days. Their customer service on Instagram is also not fast, I've waited almost 18 hours for a response when they said they would look up my order and their automated response says to wait 24-72 hours for a response. I might still get the order eventually but I don't recommend buying from them

I put in a pre-order in April

I put in a pre-order in April and they said 4-9 weeks. It's now almost October. I sent several emails. One of their customer support emails is no longer valid. After finding a different email address, and asking where my stuff was or if I could get a refund, they marked my items as shipped. It has been a couple weeks and still no items.

Editing my review. The items came and they're soft, stretchy, and fit nicely. I really like them, but they need to communicate with their customers and not take on so many pre-orders if they can't meet the demand. Six months is ridiculous.

I ordered a skirt and shirt in June

I ordered a skirt and shirt in June. The shirt came in early August. It's nearly September and no skirt. Their customer support email address is no longer working which is a HUGE red flag yet they are still accepting pre order money. Don't buy from them.

Terrible

No costumer service, took months to ship with no update, clothing is low quality, ordered pre order and I haven't heard anything and I placed it in February!
