I would recommend this company to everyone who asks me about my rug! They kept me updated every step of the way. Just one simple complaint...I never received the free rug pad. Not sure why but it would have been nice since it was advertised that way. I will be ordering from this company again soon but I will make sure to ask about how to receive the free rug pad.

The prices and rugs were a great value. I found the exact same runner (2'x6') along with a matching entry rug (2'x3') for LESS than the sales price at Macy's for just the runner. The rugs were delivered in just a few days with no shipping charges, as well as follow-up emails from Incredible Rugs inquiring as to my satisfaction. So the bottom line was great value and service!

The rug and pad I purchased were exactly as described on the company website and they were delivered in a timely manner. The best thing about this company was the communication. I received frequent emails telling me how my order was being processed and offering to answer any questions I might have. I never needed to contact them about a problem, but I felt secure knowing that was an option if I needed it.

Customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the color of the rug was not a good fit for our home. So a return will have to happen. Nevertheless, I will use Incredible Rugs again to further support my search for the right runners for my kitchen!

I really like the rug I ordered. My only complaint I would like there to be another blue leaf I wanted more pop color since it is more of a beige brown rug the blue is very pretty I wish mine had one or even two more leafs of blue like the pictures show. Nice thick quality rug.
