I placed an order for a battery on April 7, 2026 and paid online, trusting Indclues as a respected Indian brand. Unfortunately, the order has not been shipped yet, and I have received no shipping details or communication from the company.
This delay has been very disappointing, especially after making an advance payment. While I still respect Indclues as an Indian company, I expect timely updates and transparency. Customers should not be left waiting without any information.
I sincerely hope Indclues resolves this issue quickly by either shipping the product immediately or processing a refund. Clear communication and prompt action are essential to maintain customer trust................Thanks very much

Ordered battery for Realme X and received genuine original battery. Although the shipping was slightly delayed, the customer service was very helpful and shipped the battery the same day. Highly recommend.

Although the shipment is not fast, but you get genuine batteries at authentic prices. Highly recommend though one has to wait to get the batteries.

Great replacement mobile batteries in this price. Last time i order a POCO F1 battery 6 months ago still it's running good.

The first ordered battery was not fitting in the slot and when I posted the pics to the team they asked me to return the product with refund as well as the returning postal charges. When I was about to return the same the postal authorities denied service.

I communicated to Indclues team about my dilemma and stated I don't need a refund but I need the product.
The excellent IndClues team sent me a perfect replacement battery at no extra cost without exchange of the first product.

This is excellent and outstanding customer service at its best. Really appreciate and I applaud the team for understanding my dire need for the product.

Very bad experience, i placed an order for the battery of Micromax x1iand what i received was completely different product i also contacted customer support they said your product is not eligible for return Every e-commerce company has a criteria of 7 days return policy for any reason either wrong product received or damaged.but I don't understand how their criteria is different from other companies. Let's see i am connected to them via mail if they didn't help me with my issue I'll write hundreds of reviews for this fake company.

It is a good e-commerce site for mobile and wifi modem batteries. Service is good and prices are reasonable.

Nice experience. My product received on time. Battery backup is very good.

Recently i bought two different batteries from this website. One for I kal K1 and the other one is Panasonic. First i thought it may took some more time than other established e-comers sites like amazon or flipkart. But after just 5 days i got my product. It's actually 25th August when i receive my package. Till then i use the both batteries. And, the both of it's really works great. I never face any issue of power-lose and over heating problem, The backup these batteries provide is also quite exiting. From the I Kal K1i got around 9 to 11 hours of backup and the Panasonic provide me around 8 to 10 hours backup.

last month i order a battery from this website. They just delivered my prosuct in 6 days, So i can say the delivery time is great. After using the battery for one month It's great, No issues.

TOOK TEN DAYS DELAY AND FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND.
BAD EXPERIENCE.
