They are frauds.
I bought a phone battery from them with '100% Original' label, for around ₹700, with 3-month warrenty.
The battery lasted just a few days.
I called them, they didn't pick.
Wrote email. No reply.
The portal aiso doesn't work, would not let you see the order history.
I submitted complaint against them on National Consumer Helpline, but I didn't have the invoice so it didn't proceed.
Avoid them they sell you saying ’Brand New’ ’100% Orginal’ but will give you Orginal looking old used product.
Recently bought BLP747 battery received old used only 70% capacity. Though it looks original from outside.
Once they sell they will never respond to you again. Tried contacting them via WhatsApp Mail but they don't even care.
