In the world of buying products for disabled people this is one of the best Companies I have dealt with. All of my questions were answered promptly if a return call was required Nick and his team always returned the call. The product was priced very competitivley many other Suppliers were £100's of pounds more expensive. The product arrived in good condition a day later than expected but we did receive a phone call to advise of this. I would be very happy to deal with this Company again. In the world of disabled products one should not be exploited.

Fast delivery, friendly voice at other end of the line that could not do enough to help me. Will definatley be using again.

I had some trouble with my credit card on line so rang the company the next day and had a nice chat with the guy there (sorry, can't remember his name right at this point) to fix it.
Friendly guy who actually speaks to you like you're a person and not just trying to get you off the phone so he can take the next call. Ordered my stuff and it arrived exactly on time (and well packaged). The delivery guy was friendly too so all in all a good experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Even though I had a problem with Paypal during the order process, when I rang this Company the following day, the order had already begun to be processed.
I was told it would be delivered from another Organisation and would be about 10 days. Lo and behold 2 days later I had the Wheelchair Ramp delivered...Unbelievable service and so pleasant to deal with over the phone.
I will be saving this Company for any future purchases for my disabled mother. I wish I had found them sooner.

My elderly relative was very concerned that she would have to leave her home as she became less mobile. She found it difficult to move around her house and undertake necessary tasks. The stress of thinking she would have to move to sheltered accommodation made her feel worse.
One phone call to independent4life changed all of that. The extensive range of services they offered from home consultations with qualified occupational therapists to the specification and installation of specialist products enable my relative to remain in her home, the fact the company is registered with ‘Buy with confidence’ and is RICS registered gave absolute piece of mind.
The process was so quick and easy – I wish everyone in a similar position knew about the company.
