This is very bad service provider.
This is very bad service provider.
Initially they promised to give 10 HD channels free for 1 year and 360+ channels but once i got connection, No HD channel was there and even only few channels are there.
Channels of different languages are free which you are not know.
After 6 months they stopped the service and I am still struggling. Their customer care no is not working and not replying over emails.
They are fraud

Worst service
No service, displays error *** which is for bad weather. the weather here is sunny no clouds no rain but there is absolutely no signal at all.. Tried contacting customer care but in vain...its always showing network busy error / number out of service; no matter how many times you try. The company has cheated on its customers initially there were many channels but now left with only limited channels that to with lot of scintillation,worst picture quality in comparison with other service provider. we were initially told the STB would be a HEVC STB with good picture quality, but the end product what we received is worst than all the service providers. Channels freezing with slightest change in weather. I want a proper and permanent resolution, either improve your quality of service or provide a refund.

First it promise to show all hd channels
Then after 10 days all hd channels was removed
After that they remove all star channels from pack about 2 months and then zee channels also removed
And now they remove all channels
I waste my money on this and never experience better
