I dont want to give even a single star to independent tv....as i am feedup with this setup box....80 percent of the channels displays the mesg of inconvience and also no hd channel is working...i was prmsed to be given..all hd and other channels..

Independent TV service is very very bad they are cheating customers they have taken one year subscription charge with maximum HD and SD channel now sports and colours channel are not coming they are showing message we are working on it from months don't go for independent TV dth

No punjabi channels only ptc and tashan, if they add all punjabi channels than it may be better choice

Worst experience ever.Gradually many channels stopped working and number is increasing with time.Such a waste of money .Very bad experience

Ghatiya Service Hai. Duniyaka sabse faltu TV kabhi star channel band kabhi z channel band. Jo dikhate hai usmebhi bar bar problem ati hai. Phone receive nahi karte. Ghatiyase nichala shabd malum nahi.

1 star bhi jyada hai.. Independent worst service I have ever seen. Dont buy this... They will fool you.. Quality bakwas.. Start me sare channel chala denge after 1 month dhire dhire band karte jayenge

Independent TV- Feel completely cheated
-Most Channels promised during installation for one year stopped.

- All channels are hanging and executives at Customer Service Only bluff all the time. No satisfactory resolution of problems.

- Will be forced to go to other operator.

- How I wish TRAI takes note of so many complaints and take strong action for cheating customers.

All the channels are hanging and when we call customer service then everytime jus one answer that system is in update and not able to check your profile.

Worst experience of customer service.

Worst worst worst service. They only make fools to the customers nothing much.
They don't send any confirmation for complaints. They hang up your calls. They don't even reply. And many more things.

Ghatiya se ghatiya company aise nhi karti. Reliance se to bilkul ummid nhi thi.

This is the worst cable network. I would say 1 star is even more for it. I would suggest no one should waste money their on this network. It hangs in every 4 to 5 second.many chennels are not comming even after paid. This Independent TV have wasted all our money. Worst network ever.Please dont use it, its my humble request to all.
