Independent TV Reviews 

Channels are hanging every 5 seconds and no customer service. Channels are also removed one by one. I paid for one year's money. But it has worked only for a month. Should I file a complaint against independent tv. I think they're making fool of people.

Worst service........ commited to provide channels for 12 months on one time payment... one by one channels are being removed. Now, all the channels are hanged in every 5 seconds, not able to watch tv.
Pathetic service.... no customer care. You will become ‘Chutiya’ if u buy it.

Very bad experience... Channel are hanging out from last 3-4 days... No customer care service, no retailer and distributors are responding...
Remove my connection and refund me my money

Really worse service and worse company independent tv as the quality of all channels are really worse and also freeze after every 5 seconds for 2 minutes which annoy me to watch TV due to this. Their customer service is also pathetic as the phone never gets connected so refund my money back 😡😠 if you people can't refund my hard earned money then I don't have any other option except to Lodge a complaint regarding the fraud that you have done with the customers in TRAI

Worst service. They fooled us by removing all HD channels and now slowly they are removing channels one by one. Customer service is pathetic and never lodges a complaint. TV channels freeze for every 10 seconds and annoys. I made big mistake by purchasing it. One day all Jio linked services may become like this. Never recommend any one to have this connection.

Very poor service.After 3-4days every new problem occurs,many channels stop working,live telecast is improper,channels are not working properly and video is pausing after every 4 seconds.

This is worst dth experience one can imagine. Horrible connectivity most un responsive customer service. They should be asked to refund every one's money. Is Mukesh Ambani getting this feedback. If not god only save us and his reputation.

earlier day it was good N after 2 months it is the worst product of d2h system. The telecast is intermitenting. Just one customer care number which is not available. I want my money back.

This is completely fraud, they just took money and did nothing. The telecast is never clear. They just have fooled us and even the dealer.
Moreover the customer service is really bad.
And what to say this is completely frustrating and I would never recommend this.

There is no facility of zero star. Else i give zero. Very poor service. All the channels are gone. Poor performance day by day.

Unacceptable experience ! Dth service is literally bad, channels are not coming. And STAR channel, sony sports channels and utv channels went off. As soon as STAR channels came, ZEE channels went off. Their service sucks. Customer care number not working too, also a constant message of 400 signal not found is constantly popping up despite of a good weather condition. I urge all consumers who are facing problems like me should lodge a complaint to the designated ministry ( MIB)
