In earlier day it was good N after 2 months it is the worst product of d2h system. The telecast is intermitenting.

Unacceptable experience ! Dth service is literally bad, channels are not coming. And STAR channel, sony sports channels and utv channels went off. As soon as STAR channels came, ZEE channels went off. Their service sucks. Customer care number not working too, also a constant message of 400 signal not found is constantly popping up despite of a good weather condition. I urge all consumers who are facing problems like me should lodge a complaint to the designated ministry ( MIB)

Pls do not buy independent tv. It's channel quality is worst. Very dull picture quality. Cannot identify faces on the channels. Very few channels. I think they only have very very basic channels. I regret buying it. Will never buy once this year gets over as have paid for it. Worst customer service. Most unhappy.

I took 1 connection of independent tv before 3 months. As they were providing best quality channels, as told by local vendor. We paid 4000 to local vendor instead of actual price of Rs.2100 for the 1 year subscription. The local vendor asked us to pay Rs.4000 instead of 2100 and we paid the same. But then all went wrong star channels and utv channels are missing i also say sports channels from sony networks are missing including ten 1 ten 2 ten 3 and discovery and wion news channels are missing. I asked the vendor to clarify the matter then he said it is company policy and we can do nothing. And big problem is that from approx 10.04.2019, no single channel is coming and there is error no 400 “signal Not Found”. When we call customer care they say they will fix it in 30 minutes or representative will fix within 24-48 hours and then nothing happens. I have called the customer care more than 50 times but all gone in vain. Please let me know if I can lodge complaint with POLICE for forgery.

They (Reliance) has set-up a system to loot the money from subscribers.

Further my set up box was purchased by local vendor in the name of some other person, I came to know this when I called the customer care. I am missing all channels and facing issues from approx 10.04.2019 they are not helping so i demand refund of remaining 10 months. They are also not following TRAI new rules of customer to chose their channels as new Framework. Also not providing any pack or channels to chose according to TRAI new rules.

Further, the interesting thing is that "NOT FOR SALE" is written on Set-up Box, then how Reliance (Independent TV) is selling these boxes through their agents. A perfect system to loot the money of subscribers.

Independent tv organization company is cheating to the customer,it should be black listed,those customer who have been cheated by independent tv to complaint against this provider in the court.

I am writing this review just to convey my experience with
"Independent TV" . To be honest this phase "Chor company hai" suits this a lot. I have complaint on their customer care a tons of times about their "Signal Lost Issue" but didn't got a solution not even for a single time. More ever while pre-booking it connection, it was clearly mentioned over their that i will get the Full refund whenever i want to disconnect during the course of its first year and now their own people are saying "do what ever you want to do, No refund will be generated" more over that they also convey to me that they will "NOT Disconnect" my connection before completing the first year of connection.

0 star hona chahiye but there is no option. Don't fall prey to this company. It's a total fake and fraud company. They have pathetic service and very rude people. Don't waste your money on this company.

I am trying to connect with this company customer care but they are asking for money to connect ...shame on these people who are not caring for their customer ...must be a Mother Fxcxer ...

I urge everyone to keep distance from this company ..they are fooling the people ...

I would also urge everyone to file complaint against then in the Ministry so that strong action can be happened and director shall go behind the bar ....

Worst customer care service irresponsible people It is very unfortunate that I have called many times but didn't get any response every time I have been asked to wait for 24 hrs day before yesterday one of ur executive told me to wait for 4 hrs our techenican will visit your place surely still I m waiting for him please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Very bad services from last 7 days so many channels r not coming and they r taken money in advance. Be care full to chose...

Pathetic service ,1st said 1 year free subscription ...now not getting any channels ,bad service ,govt should close this independent tv ....fake company.
Customer care number is totally good for nothing ,never get connected and even they don't reply on emails.
Will soon send them a legal notice.

From last month we are not able to watch main channels of Sports, News etc. It is worst performing TV set ever i have seen yet.

But it was so good in starting i don't know why they are doing this. I think its management is not even able to handle these stuff.

Fake . Max channels not coming. You cannot contact customer care also. Initially they offer all channels free for one year. After installation no channel

At the time of booking and installation they told "all channels are free for one year and no extra charges for anything upto one year".
but after some days they stopped brodcasting of some channels and after that they stopped all channels, after that customer care number is not working.

I purchased new connection of independent tv in December 2018 2 Setup Box. Instalation time all channels Work but one month later 50% channel service stop. Setup Box Booking time Customer care &, installation boy ask 1 year All Channels free no extra charge. Famous all Channel stop.....
