beware of INDEPENDENT TV. Do not buy it. Its a FRAUD Company
I purchased new connection of independent tv in Feb 2019. they told me that i would get all the famous Hindi + English paid with an yearly packages of 3500 rupees. After march almost 30+ paid channels has been deleted from my connection. Independent tv customer care is saying that i have pay money for those channels. and that yearly package is not valid.
Hence Independent TV is a FRAUD company, its full of thieves and pirates.

Perhetic service...customer care number not working even after tried many times...it's totally lier BCS after installation a month many channel not working they said technical problem are there so couldn't resolve ...some star and more sports chennels not available since after 2 month of installation

During the uploading time they made many promises
But now u don't even pick our calls

I am a 60 year old guy
I am a 60 year old guy, never believed in abusing any one in my matured life. But today in context to independent tv i will abuse them badly. As for last 15 days there was no signal and no customer service help was accessible, even no reply on messenger or email. I finally got it done from a private person by paying him 500 bucks, he did it in mearly 15 minutes.
So independent tv walon ka maan ka fuda

Inki gaand main danda
Aur kya bolun inko fir bhi koi farak ni padega. Hamme hi koi dusra &d2h dhundna padega.

Very bad service
Very bad service. Initially they said it is free for one year including HD channels.Now they are deactivating the channels one by one.
If we call customer care , they give some bulsit reason.

Pathetic Customer service
Pathetic Customer service, paid in advance for one year plan, channels not coming now, HD all Channels disappeared, now SD channels also getting disappearing, customer service do not take calls, e mails they do not reply. My Humble request to all it's a Fraud company, please do not buy the connection, you will be end up wasting your hard earned money..

worst service provided by you. Facing 400 signal lost problem from 2 weeks .Complained several times but got no solution. Only recieved following message on date 6 April 2019
Dear Customer,your service request number is 2675898 , and tentative resolution time is 24 Hrs .

World's worst service provider
World's worst service provider. Fraud company I have ever seen. Isse ziyada chindi customer care aour service humne aaj tak nahi dekhi. Big mistake, cheap setup box cheap remote, cheap service, worst video quality, always lagging. Every 3 min 5 min video stuck. Local cable service is better than this chindi service provider. I suggest please don't buy this so called big TV.

Such a bad 👎 service and worst cable connection ever seen.
Please don't go for independent TV connection.
Won't be able to watch TV whole day. Either few channels are shown or no channel to be displayed.
Even toll free no. Is also not working. Either it says you are dialling wrong no. It says no. Is busy.
Poor customer care service.. They just don't provide resolution..
Please don't go for independent TV connection ever.
