Very very bad service provider dont go independent tv ..chala to chala band hua to bhagwan hi maalik

I am using independent tv since last 6 months. Picture quality is very poor. Even, the quality of HD channels is below than SD channels of other service providers. Now HD channels has stopped by company against its promise.
Now talk about the service, I have been exhausted since 5 days, as not a single channel is working and despite my reapeted request, no technician has visited. I m unable to see tv and thinking to change it. Worst service ever. Never go for independent tv.

Third class independent TV just cheating the innocent public.quality is worst there is No program information on the channels.channels get struck very time poor customer care team.. overall if you want to gamble your hard earned money buy independent TV..

Very bed experience with reliance independent TV, if rating start below one then I am giving to this reliance TV.
From the time of connection they commit to give HD & SD channels but every day they disconnect channel in list & their customer care services is too bad his executive give nonsense reason every time & yesterday I was lock complain to his set up box but no body can came to resolve problem so reliance is fake & request you to everyone do not take connection of independent TV.

It is recommended for old CRT type televisions. No support and standards. Every day 2 channels are getting disconnected. Trusted reliance but now i realise my mistake. Over all the worst service. Not recommended.

worst to worst service provider. 1. they stopped all HD channels for last 2 months. after being report no concrete solutions provided till now. 2. for last few days customer care no. 18002009001 is going 'please check the number you have dialed and try again'. 3. they promised for one year HD and SD channel free but lots of channels are now out of air/list.
These people had shown they are capable to make 'murkh' to janta janardan. Shame to promoters.

Its a worse Cable network. I am writing worse because i cant find more bad word than this. I have subscribed to Independent TV with a subscription for whole year including all HD and SD channels. After Some time all HD channels were stopped being broadcasted. I called to their customer care they said that it will start within 15 days but even after 2 month it is not yet started. Moreover the worst part is many SD channels are also went missing day by day. I have done many calls and many E-mails but they didn't respond appropriately. I strongly recommend all to not to buy this worst cable connection ever on this earth. I am so frustrated. This is the worst Cable connection on the earth.

Do not trust these people. They have captivated the amount nicely. I was given the connect after 3 months of booking. It ran for some time and after the trai orders the have moved my plan to free to air without my consultation. Poor customer service, you cannot talk to their CC. rude behavior. such a horrible experience with Independent TV

Worst DTH services in india without proper customer service where it is very difficult to reach any of the channels to raise query and complaints .No reply to any of the mails or telephone calls.
Most of the channels not coming even after recharging with required packs and nobody to ask for.
I suggest you can better go for TATA SKY they are much better in terms of customer sevice

I am using independent TV DTH since last 3 month's. Support, customer care, nodal officer and complaint officers no one is responsible for you solutions. I am facing signal lost issue since last 20 days but not once is providing solutions.

My opinion is one of the bad service provider I am requesting you friends do not purchase independent TV DTH.

The most ridiculous service provider have never seen before, will suggest not to take up their services, the worst Nd horrible customer service customer care people are just hassling up the people and without listening disconnecting the calls. It's been 3 days our connection is been updated it seems and due to that we are not getting any of our regular channels.

Worst services ever. Cheap company that can’t stay up to their promise and very pathetic customer care services also rude exicatives and there is no team leader and escalation desk available on floor. Fraud company. Don’t buy. Not even worth a single star as well. "C" service.

Froud and Worst in the market. DO NOT go for their products or you will regrate. They could not resolve my complaint in 2 months and keep on saying that will resolve in 48 hours.

Poor custmercare service , if you got some problem in you didh or set of box, then dont wait or trust on them bcoz they will never come to attaind you complaint rather u complaint 100 of time on tollfree number the will have only one answer krpiya dhyarya rakhen we will ataind your complaint in 24 hrs but there 24 hr will never com ever so dont buy pleaseeeeeeee
