Pathetic and Fraud company. Do not buy at all. Instead spend some more money and try for others like Tata sky, Airtel etc. I bought this connection on Jan.2019 when there was an offer where spending Rs 2000 you will get all the channels even HD channels. However, after a month, they deactivated HD channels and slowly other channels are also getting deactivated. On inquiring, now they are telling that offer is not available. Do not buy at all.

Very bad company. I have taken the connection of this company on 30.11.2019 and at the time most of the channels have come but passing the time main channels has closed like NDTV, EPIC TV etc. all HD channels. At the time of purchasing the connection the agent told that from January 2019, 600 channels will be added. Now he has not picked the phone KHUSHBU DTH. I have purchased 6 connection from him. No good devotional channels have come only Sanskar and Aastha. INDEPENDENT TV is requested to refund my money after deducting 4 months charges immediately otherwise I will go to consumer court in April 2019.

When u call Costumer care they are always not avilable
At the time of connection they said they will provide all channels including hd channels but they removed all hd channels and many other channels
Now again they are showing notification that please choose your pack as per TRAI otherwise all chanels will be gone.. I dont know why we have paid them 2000 rs.
They are still genarating fake five star reviews to defraud others

Independent TV bahut ghatiya service provider h. 21 dec 2018 को market se purchase Kia tha us time kuch hd channel hard copy main acha pack dekh kr kharida tha. Or dukaan daar ne bola tha ki hum isme 1 saal tak koi extra channel nhi lagwa sakte. Sony ten1 se 3 tak chaltey they. March 2019 ko company kafi channel stop kr diye. 1999 Rs ek saal ka charge kia tha. Without information channels ko band kr dena or try rools ka bahana laga diya. Bhai logo aap koi local cable operator ki cable use kare ya free dish use karo. Ye bahut ghatiya company h. In per logo k thagi ka case karna chahiye. Aap jiska charge already pay kr chuke ho kya uska charge dobara doge.customer care service bhi ghatiya h connect nhi hota.

I agree that there was delay in installation initially but after installation I really appreciate the service of Independent TV. Almost all channels were offered... The bucket they are offering would have cost us about 600-700 Rupees per month after TRAI price revisions. Though it's disappointing that They have stopped HD channels after new TRAI rules were introduced.We must understand the possibility that the cost which independent tv is incurring might be much more than we have paid for 1 year free subscription.
If we compare with other operators ..even local cable operators..Independent TV prices are way low. Picture and sound quality is great for SD channels as well.
I may not recommend it to everyone but for me it's best
Pros:-1.Great picture and sound quality
2.Bucket of channels offered for 1 year subscription have plenty channels
3.cost efficient
4.No lags in Bad weather..when compared with TATA sky (my earlier service provider)
Cons:- 1.They have recently stopped HD channels..customer care representative said it may start within 15 days
2. Average customer support
3.User interface can be improved
4.no VIDEO ON DEMAND

I dont know why people giving him 5 rating.
My experiance with independent tv is very bad. Channels quality is extremly poor and many channels are not there in this dish.
My sugestion dont ever think to purchse this dish otherwise you may suffer, i m suffering already......

Wish I could have rated Independent TV in minus, worst after sale service I have ever seen in my life. I am not receiving signals from past 3 days and every time I call customer care they say please wait for 24 hours and your problem will be resolved and when I ask for the supervisor they keep the call on hold for 40 minutes. Please don't buy this DTH connection.

Hi all don't purchase this dth it's company is fraud.
i purchase this dth only provide one month HD channel.
but i talk to costumer care so he said that it's one year free all channel but after one month disconnect HD channel so i suggest you friend don't purchase this DTH...it's fraud & Fake company.

Independent TV is the worst service provider in the world as of now. If you opt for it, you are going to choose wastage of your money for no content at all. First of all their delivery of service is so late that if you book a service, your next generation will get service delivered. In today's competitive world, they take endless days and no surity of service completion within timelimit assured. i got a complaint number for error 400 on 17.02.2019. till now today, i.e. 22.2.2019, i have called 20-30 times and they only respond that our technician will visit you in 24 hours. Worst service. Never choose

I have booked on December 15 th still not installed. Worst support I have seen ever.

Worst ever DTH connection. Never trust these cheaters. Their customer care never responds. Think 100 times before you choose this service.. Big cheaters..!!

Fraud company, not installed the connectio and now not refunding my money....fraud fraud fully fraud company.

Also nodal officers are useless and work as cutomer care execitive only.

Video and sound quality is much better than any other service provider.

Extremely bad services... poor quality picture even in hd which they have in 8 channels only.. the channels except very few are of use, rest are all useless. Dont buy..
