I booked my independent tv online and paid 2000rs. On 26 dec 2018 but today is 27th jan ,but my dth not available at my home , when I use to call customer care num. then he/she says wait for 7 days bt this happen with me 5 times and when I request to call transfer to senior then she ( umang madam ) says wait 1hr. Definetelly senior will call you it's happen three time but I didn't get any call from senior executive ..
I have my distributer num. Who received my dth bt didn't install my dth and he demanding me 250 before 20th january as installation now after 20th january demanding 300rs as installation fees, WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE

Independent tv ki servic bilkul bekar mujhe abhi setup box lagaiye huye 21 din huye hai itne din me everyday koi na koi problem rahti hai helpline par call karne par sab 30 minutes ka wait karne ko bolte hai aaj jab bhi manager se baat karne ko bolo to call kat dete hai ek ne to gali dekar baat ki uski complaint karne ke liye bola to mna kar diya or aaj 23-01-2019 ko raat se hi setup box band hai fir maine call kiya helpline me to bola gaya hai 2 se 3 din ka wait kijiye

its a complete fraud business
its a complete fraud business. i am booking a Independent TV DTH and paid online, but they would not install and send me DTH. So, Kindly avoid or don't believe on Independent TV DTH. Now the toll free no 18002009001 not working. They donot refund my money.
