we're sorry you had a negative experience with us. though as you may know Ebay is primarily a reselling site, therefore the products listed on Ebay could be in a used and/or in a less than ideal state of quality, whereas our products are new in the best state of quality or if they are in our used section they have been refurbished, which is the reason for the extra cost. hope this explanation has helped and sorry for the delay
