Excellent service an email overnight was answered before 9 the next day by email and a phone call. With through advice as to what I had asked. The order was despatched that day and arrived within the time scales advised. Everything fitted correctly and easily. Will be buying more parts for my trailers as need from you. Thank you.

Ordered trailer parts from indespension online, partsman rang me personally to tell me that one of the three parts was out of stock and would be back in stock in two days, two days later my completed order was delivered to me so great communication, fast well packed delivery and no problems. Recommended.

Derby branch fitting towbar and 7-pin electrics for £470, but the electrics plate was too short to allow fitting of my existing bike rack mounting bracket. They were told about the requirement on the phone, confirmed by email with acknowledgement, and it was mentioned on drop-off plus they were showed the bracket that I left in the boot. When I realised, due to timing I had to remove the electrics plug in order to take the bike on holiday. OK, I can understand a mess-up, in spite of the hassle. However, on approaching them for a fix I got no apology, ignored, lectured, and argued with. I was left so suspicious of their ability, further costs, and intents that I sourced a new extended plate myself. No offer to refund me for the cost. I got them to rewire the plug on the new plate to attempt to maintain a warranty. I'll try to find a different provider for the next car, to say the least. In summary, non-existent order communications in-house and combative store management.

Part I ordered wasn't in stock but would 5 days. Date came but was told there was a back order and I wouldn't be getting any until 8 weeks time.

Order of parts was easy, delivery fast, fitting easy therefor trailer down time kept to a minimum.

ordered and paid 2 weeks ago , i rang them today to see when i would get delivery,they then tell me they don't have stock and would get back to me today, well its 5.30 and no phone call today, they have my money but i don't have the part i ordered or even know when i will

Simple order of in stock parts. 15 days later I'm still waiting. No communication. Meanwhile trailer can't be used legally.

Visit to bolton branch , with busted bearings and shoes and hub i was expecting a nightmare. However the very helpful young lady on the counter assured me not to worry , we will have you sorted in a jiffy, she instantly recognised all the parts , just checked with her colleague on the bearings number to reassure her self and bingowas on way home within less than 10 minutes, fantastic product knowledge and customer care . V well done to the team , 100% visit again .

I needed a tow bar fitting at short notice and Howard gave me the confidence the work would be completed on time.

Had a challenge with my order because after placing it one of the parts was out of stock. I called them today and spoke to Josh who was really helpful, offered a part shipment and to help with the missing part and said he would call back with a solution. Guess what, he did and it is all sorted.
