The service as usual was excellent and delivered on time no issues at all

I am a new consumer - I ordered from the above grocer for myself - I wanted to send other different products to a friend. I had forgotten my password - I sent an e.mail to the grocer informing them that I had forgotten my password and asking of various methods to apply - I did not get a response. I then had to ask a friend to use her e.mail address to order products for the friend - this was done - however the carrier that the grocer used did not deliver the product for several days and I had to send out emails to enquire where the order was - it was eventually delivered. I believe communication is the key element for any successful business and to keep consumers happy.

Generally good variety of products with prices similar to such online website stores like Falcon etc
Delivery is free over £40 purchase.

Prompt service, helpful staff, very good products. My only complaint might be that a lot of products I would like are often Out of Stock which I find disappointing.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend Indian Basket.

I have been ordering from this site for 2 years now and there are some item that I can only get on this website and the quality of goods has always been the best. Website is easy to use too. Delivery is quick. I have usually received my order in 3 days.
Customer care is also very helpful. Once I ordered an item by mistake and it was replaced for me without any issues.

I enjoyed the snacks range from telugu foods and would love to order again. Thanks for starting this business it’s very helpful for indians and also mainly the packaging is excellent compared to other businesses and even the snacks are not too oily, its just perfect!

Easy to order online and quick delivery in good condition. Very good customer service provided by Prasad. I request more variety of products availability like daal/lentils, indian tea powders, tea rusks and vegetables(if possible). Thanks

The services are good. The website can be made smart. The courier should offer a choice for delivery or pick up mode right while placing the order.

The quality of the products is very good.But,while buying they have mentioned buy one get one offer on few items but I haven't received...
