The service was exceptional! I had saved my info to complete later and they called me in the USA to see if I needed guidance. I then had an issue with uploading a clear picture of my passport and they called me again to advise. I resent and then they confirmed it came in clear. Never was my application rejected based on something that I would never had known happened. The communication was A+
