Slingshot Never Arrived, No Refund.
Ordered a slighshot for my son in July, he used his own pocket money. October came, still no slingshot. Tracking said it had been stopped at Customs and sent back to India. Terrible customer service. Ignoring e-mails, different person every time, just kept telling me to wait. I must have sent 20 e-mails. Asked for refund, no response. It's now December, 5 months later. Out of pocket and no slingshot. Disgraceful and so so disappointing. Especially for my boy.
