Don't even waste your time or even a cent on the products from this website. The low prices and sales explain the cheap and poor quality of the items. I ordered a salwar kameez and it looked nothing like the picture and has absolutely no lining on the chest and arms so was completely see through. Also, the bra cups placed inside were almost up to my neck after having given them my measurements already. Extremely disappointed and the photos are just completely misleading. Never buying from here again. Only positive was the shipping was fast which is the 1 star I've given.

This is the wosrst company I have ever come across, goods never received, they kept delaying the delivery date for months, never keeping their promises, NO GOODS RECEIVED, NOW THEY HAVE CANCELED THE ORDER BUT ARE NOT REFUNDING ME OR REPLYING TO MY EMAILS.

This company was sensing me a wrong Order!
They like to discuss even to pay back the money and taxes for they’re Mistaken!
I dindt get my dress but I have to pay the taxes for it!
It is more then 30swiss francs! At list they should pay this one, cause they send me the wrong Order! It took me days to get my Money back! The Taxes are still not payed!! Shame on them!
If a company believes a customer with the wrong goods and gives him grief, they should assume the amount including the customs fees without discussion!

Ordered 2 sarees and 1 men's dhoti kurta and all three are beautiful and good quality. Super happy with my purchase. I have been ordering from this website for 4-5 years now... always happy with the items I get.
Sometimes there are delays in shipping or items might be discontinued after placing the order. But must say they offer $49 -$79 above free shipping to USA and lot of other parts of the world that most of the sites don't offer... they offer the money back if items are discontinued.
Will purchase again soon.

Disgusting services, a bunch of liars sitting there, there 24/7 line does not exist, nobody replies, their eta on products displayed in website is not correct either, I am getting new ETA everyday for a product I ordered few weeks back, now asked for a refund and nobody replies back. Feeling pissed.

I spoke with a sales guy - Rahul Choudhary (Merchandiser / Designer) in August and he promised his BEST service. Well just before we ordered 4 outfits for a wedding we will be attending on Nov 8,2021. We were assured everything was fine. (famous promise "befikar raho") again from Rakesh.
Then we get an email saying the outfit my daughter ordered could not be made as the length of the kurta and sleeves would be shorter. OK. So I call their "24 hr line" - complete nonsense! No one answers - you can try before you order.
Finally, called Rahul late at night (PST) and he was "oh yes, we can make it but the sleeves and length will be shorter. When I asked why they could not make it to the specs on THEIR website, I was told the manufacturers only send them material of a certain length! WHy advertise then?
Ok so my daughter selects another outfit. Rahul says "Ha yeh ban sakta hai"( Yes, this can be made)
I send him a written request - no answer! Daytime call Pradeep send me a confirmation but I get an email from their production - Preeti saying order could not be completed - Rahul had MADE NO CHANGES!
Now we are running out of time, finally Rahul throws his hands up and says "I dont want to upset you, you can cancel this order" REALLY! Needless to say I reminded him that HE caused the problem in timing because he never got back to me. Even the second item was a "problem"! Finally he suggested we buy something that was ready to ship... OK, they WERE THE EXACT SAME ITEM in another colour! When I confronted him he said he'd speak to Preeti Madam and get back! Eventually agreed and order was changed. Now were are chasing the clock.
Look at my order - two outfits out of 3 that were NOT an "issue" were shipped and we received them. One of the items that wasn't a problem is now scheduled to arrive AFTER the one that they had a "problem" with.
I wanted to be as detailed as possible in what happened. In short - do not believe a single word they tell you! Insist on an email confirmation (Rahul NEVER sent a confirmation). If you get this guy on the phone - do yourself a favour and ask for someone else. Sadly, he is one of those lazy guys who does little and promises a lot.
In terms of fit - ladies, they do not have "darts" on the back or bust. Size was tight and we had to alter.
Now, I will wait and watch when the two items arrive and update my comments!
Look at their response to poor comments - just a standard cut and paste on EVERY comment on their poor service!

I am someone who hardly writes any reviews but I am writing this one as I am very happy with purchase on IndianWeddingSaree. Had a wonderful experience with them. They have good collection, reasonable prices and very good customer service.I got my package before the given date, quality is very good and looks beautiful.The best part is they already have sarees doe with fall and edge work so we dont have to run here and there for that.Products are looking exactly as in pictres.I would recommend them and definitely shop in future again.

I ordered the product from USA and I am pleased by the quick delivery of the product. I was expecting to receive it late due to pandemic and overseas order. the product came in beautiful condition and the product matched the color I saw on the photo. The service was amazing.

I ordered 2 outfits for a wedding and was told I would get it on September 30th, it is October 4th and the items have not been shipped. I wasted $335 for nothing. I will not get the items before the wedding and now I have to spend more money to buy another outfit.
I learned this company has no regard for my time or money. I will NEVER shop here again and make sure all of my friends know about my terrible experience.

Although I agree that the product quality is good as per the products that I've received but their delivery/customer service is poor. They use the cheapest courier Tranptl or Yodel who never give any proper time slot of delivery. It's a wasting time for customer as we have to chase. It is a pain to get update about the delivery like this. I've raised it with customer service but don't think they care. There are other online shop that I've noticed used Fedex which is more reliable. I've also found that when they couldn't deliver the product on time but they don't really offer any good discount for maintaining goodwill.
Yatin, multiple emails sent to the email address that you've provided. Perhaps you need to check by yourself.

I ordered some sarees and they didn't send all of them. When I enquired about it, they said they have run out of stock so will give me a refund. They kept giving a timescale for the refund but up until today, I still have not received the refund. Now when I try to ring them, they will not answer my call. Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone.

I am saddened to say that the quality of the workmanship is extremely poor. I had very high expectations of them but am very disappointed. They arrived VERY late and looked NOTHING like the web pictures. There are so many discrepancies, web pic Vs actual, that they don't look right. I expect a couple of discrepancies but not to the level that you want to cry. I am sorry but my excitement in receiving them became sheer sadness and regret. I can't stop you from ordering from but it you are looking for close to perfection you will be extremely disappointed

I ordered multiple items from Indian Wedding Saree. 4 Sarees and 1 salwar. Their service was exceptional. I got all products on time. There were some delays than expected but got it on time. They tried their level best to deliver it on time. customer service was excellent. Quality of product as shown as in the website. we did some custom stitching too. fits perfect. Highly recommended.

Don’t bother ordering waste of time and full of misleading the consumer .

After some last hours uncertainty... everything arrived just in time. All went well with their customer support. Moral of the story: order well in advance!

The site says that an item is available and will be shipped by a given date. But this is misleading. They delayed again and again citing various reasons item by item by moving each item to another department and caused immense frustrations and multiple phone calls that reached deaf ears. Do NOT order here if you want your items arrive within a week or so of what they promise in their site. They ALMOST ruined the event we planned to use the items from their site due to their promises on delivery time that they could finally just keep. I will NEVER order from here again in a hurry. But definitely worth it if you order well in advance of the event.
